Dr. Roach is a Godsend. After multiple rounds of IVF at Houston IVF and Dallas IVF in Frisco, we had almost given up hope when a friend referred us to Dr. Roach. She is the only Dr. that told us she would for sure get us pregnant and would figure out why we’ve never had a successful IVF cycle. First cycle failed but helped her figure out certain issues and changes that needed to be made. Our 2nd cycle gave us our baby boy! He is now almost a year old. Dr. Roach is definitely one of the smartest in her field.

I have LOVED my experience with Dr Roach in the Woodlands. So caring and also very professional. Office is great too, online portal with easy messaging that also stores lab results, etc... Dr Roach lays out all your options, talks about the pros and cons, and even discusses what is typically covered by insurance - so you aren't blindsided by costs. We were able to conceive using minimally invasive treatments and I am so sad that I have to "graduate" to a regular OB, but can't wait to come back for baby #2.

First appointment yesterday. Cree (the front office attendant) greeted us by name, which was so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Roach spent probably 2 full hours with us, patiently answering all of our questions and giving us so much quality, easy-to-understand information. She also immediately did an ultrasound to confirm PCOS. She's starting us on the least-invasive, most cost-effective treatment right away. I was nervous about our first appointment but left feeling optimistic and empowered.

In 5 days the baby Dr. Roach helped my ex-husband and I conceive will be 18! I will forever be grateful to her. Unfortunately I lost that husband, but have been with another man for the last 11+ years and he and I would like a child. We are seriously considering coming back to the center. Even if we are too old to conceive, I have absolute confidence in Dr. Roach in how we will be treated. For the last 18+ years I have highly recommended Dr. Roach to everyone I know with fertility issues.

14 years ago Doctor Roach blessed us with the most amazing gift of a son. Jackson Walker Fleming is a star football player entering football. I am going to bring him by to see her as he is now 5'11 and has been healthy his whole life and has filled us with so much joy. She is amazing!!!
