I would definitely recommend Dr. Ivey to my family and friends. She is on time, caring, and knowledgeable. She follows up with patients promptly, and her nurse, Shelley, is also very friendly and helpful when returning phone calls.

I’ve been a patient for 15 year. I practiced medicine for 26 year and taught many students. Dr Ivey is knowledgeable, stays current, compassionate, understands her boundaries and when to refer but most importantly allows you to participate in your care! She listens, recommends and is very personable and trustworthy. She took care of my elderly mother till she died and cared for 3 other family members. I recommend and refer to her regularly though I don’t think she is accepting new patients. She has changed her nursing staff and they are considerably better. The front staff is u fortunately not Dr Iveys daily as she is part of a multi specialty group practice who manages the office logistics.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ivey for a while. As always, I am impressed with her kindness and professionalism. She always is thorough with my visit, and checks on whatever may help the most. I have total trust in her as my doctor. She also has a new nurse that is very pleasant and thorough.

Dr. Ivey and her staff take the time and effort to help with health issues going on at the time. Dr. Ivey goes above and beyond in getting to the problem and taking care of it. I have recommended Dr. Ivey to several of my friends who also use her now as their physician.

I am so thankful for the care Dr. Ivey gives me and my husband. She is very thorough. At this time I don’t have health issues but my husband does. Dr. Ivey manages and cares for us in a very professional way. She is a very kind compassionate Doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Jackson for 50 years he prescribed a medication for me that Dr. Ivey refused to prescribe. In her opinion, since it is addictive, she did not believe in prescribing it. Dr. Jackson would never give me more than 30 a year. Dr. Ivey wanted me to take a medication daily that affected my kidney and liver, I had to find another doctor that believed taking a daily pill was worse than controlling it the way I had been for the last 15 years that was not as harmful to my body.

I have no problem with Dr. Ivey but would not recommend because of her nurse and office staff. They act like a pack of mean girls

I agree with SAS. Dr. Ivey is great but her staff is unprofessional. Starting with the phones you are immediately put on hold . . ALWAYS. Dr. Ivey's nurse, Jamie is impolite and incompetent. Most of the office staff are inefficient. Calls and complaints to office manager Saundra Haney go unanswered . . .always to voicemail. Dr. Ivey needs to know how this office is being mishandled and how loyal patients are treated. I had been a patient here since 1980. NO MORE!

She is great, but I would never recommend her to family and friends because I wouldn't want them to have to endure Dr. Ivey's rude and unprofessional office staff.
