Finishing up with a removal of a Warthin’s tumor. She is great, explained everything in detail. I felt she was concerned with my understanding of the procedure and it’s possible complications, which there were none.

I-am-a-robot
I have never been with a doctor that showed so little empathy or interest in my condition or cared about a person in general. Her style is robotic, lacking warmth or emotion. Spent too little time to hear about my problems and basically saw me as just another patient that she had to work with which intruded her empty office. Why is such cold person taking the job of a medical doctor if she has to interact with human beings?

When my wife was searching for Dr. Yang’s current practice location, she found negative reviews that were totally opposite to our experience with Dr. Yang. It saddens me that such an excellent and genuinely caring doctor has negative 1 star reviews, which read like the same disgruntle patient leaving similar anonymous negative reviews many times. My family and I saw Dr. Yang for 3-4 years before the pandemic. At first, I was not happy with her for not giving me antibiotics I asked for my sinus headache. Before her, other ENTs always gave me antibiotics for my sinus headache and suggested surgery. She took time to explain that antibiotics was not the right treatment based on her exam and my sinus CT. She convinced me to start nasal irrigation and nasal sprays for at least 3 months. To my surprise, my sinus headache went away after following her instructions. I appreciated her straightforward, honest, and no nonsense care.

My family and I were patients of Dr. Yang before the pandemic in 2020. We had wanted to see her in 2021, but her clinic told us she left to spend time with family in Asia in 2021. When we looked online for her current clinic location, we found some negative reviews that we disagree based on our great experience with her. Dr. Yang had provided excellent ENT care for my family and me. She was always patient, thorough in exam, spend time explaining diagnosis and treatment plan. When other ENTs pushed my husband to have sinus surgery, Dr. Yang stared him on conservative treatment for 3 months. My husband’s sinus problems improved so much following Dr. Yang’s instruction and did not surgery after all. My son had his tonsils and adenoid removed by Dr. Yang when he was 5. Dr. Yang gave detailed instruction before surgery and spend time answering my many questions after the surgery. My son stopped snoring and slept so much better afterward. We truly missed her.

Dr. Yang was very dismissive and did not take my concern at all seriously. She spent no more than 5 minutes with me, gave me a very expensive bill for a "procedure" (which there was no actual procedure provided) and had no follow-up. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend.

Felt like Dr. Yang didn’t care about me or take my concerns seriously. She moved me along like an assembly line, spending a grand total of five minutes with me, instead of truly learning what my health concerns were. It takes a lot of me to go to a doctor and this experience reminds me why. Will definitely not return or recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yang's for 2 years now. She quickly made a diagnosis of a rare condition previously missed by two other ENTs. She continues to provide ongoing care since then - ample time spent at each appt, treatment that has been good/appropriate for a complex condition and works well coordinating my care with multiple doctors/specialties involved. I am glad she is involved with my care and I would definitely recommend her to family/friends.

I find Dr D Yang to be very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing as well as performing the necessary surgical procedures on me. Her treatment plan for me was explained in detail as well as my prognosis regiment. I am fortunate to have Dr Yang as my doctor. I trust my care to Dr Yang. I will recommend Dr Yang to my family& friends. The scheduling of appointments was done in a timely manner.

In my personal opinion Dr. Yang should not be a doctor. She has a horrible bedside manner, doesn't seem to take your concerns seriously and just speaks at you, not with you. I have gone to her a few times thinking it would get better but it never did. Lesson learned and I am scheduling with another doctor (outside of her office) to get answers. Please don't waste your time.

Very rude and poor bedside manners. My daughter in law had a tonsillectomy one day ago. Doctor only had consent for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, she also removed her Uvula with no consent saying there was a cyst. The next day my daughter in law was in so much pain and doctor wouldn’t address the pain issue and prescribe a stronger pain med for 5 days and told her mother that she “did her a favor” by removing the Uvula. Very unprofessional and unempathetic for patients.

Terrible Doctor....she spent no more than 30 seconds with me and sounded like she didn't have time..on top of that when I got the bill, she charged me double the price other doctors charge me in the same office for the same treatment (ear wash)
