Wonderful we love how Dr. Leon care about our healthy needs, highly sweet staff very professional we feel happy.

I only wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. I am not certain the Dr. Conception has read the Hippocratic Oath but am certain she does not understand it. The staff is unresponsive and uncaring. If you make the mistake of using this Doctor, don’t expect anything close to good care. Alway try to stay months ahead on your medication so you won’t run out. She makes up rules as she goes and changes them without explanation leaving her patients with little or no options to continue medications that she has previously prescribed without issue. Find another healthcare provider if you value your health. Thankfully, I am moving to another state and will no longer have any affiliation with this Doctor.

The doctor is fine but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I take a medication that required an authorization. Luckily, I gave them 2 weeks notice before I ran out, but even that wasn't enough time for them to fill out the form. I called several times (10+) to find out the status, I was told several different stories about why it wasn't done, I asked for a manager to return my call...still waiting! I had to leave my job in the middle of the day, have the doctors I work for do my job so could drive to the office to pick up some samples to get me through until they filled out the form. Never have I had to deal with such inept, uncaring ancillary healthcare "professionals".

While Dr. Concepcion was a lovely lady we have had NOTHING but problems for weeks and weeks. We are on a Humana PPO Advantage plan and were sent here for the first time; our previous doctor retired. Standard blood work was written but when my wife and I got to the Quest Lab the codes were all WRONG. They tried to charge us a fortune. We called the doctors office and Humana, Neither could figure it out and blamed each other. In the meantime we haven't had simple tests run. Changing doctors

Bed side manners are horrible. Not personable at all. Didn't feel like a patient. Her attitude is very cold and robotic. Went in for my initial exam and she didn't even try to get to know me. Granted, she probably has a work load that she can't handle, but it doesn't mean she has to take it out on her patients. I felt uncomfortable in there. I'm switching doctors ASAP.

She is by far the best PCP I have met in Orlando. Coming from NY Long Island where I was blessed with the worlds bet doctors, pediatricians etc etc. This is my first time in Orlando where I can without hesitation say that this is the PCP to go to. She is very friendly patient warm and her personality takes away half your worries. The doctor her staff the efficiency of procedure , everything was excellent.

I really like this office. Everyone was very nice, wait time was minimal. The doctor is very friendly, caring. I'm glad I found this doctor.
