Office staff is allowed to be AWFUL and APATHETIC
the office staff is allowed to be sterile and UNCARING. Being a cancer patient, visited the emergency room (stayed 6 hours) 2 days before, not feeling well, still going to work, I had called the office and said 'I will do all I can to be early, but I work quite a ways away'...I was 10 minutes late, and the office said right away 'let me see if the Dr will see u cuz ur 10 minutes late'....hurt and flabergasted. NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM, AND NO ONE CAME IN. The staff member came back with 'you need to reschedule'. I was there because they needed to read my results from the ER and discuss it with me, as well as my present cancer....has that Dr ever heard of the Hippocratic Oath?!?!? Sending a cancer patient that has just come out of the ER, who still doesn't feel well, whom your office has called the day before BECAUSE they received the records from the ER....WOW! The same sign that displayed the 10 minute rule, also displayed closing at 5 (it was 3:42), they closed at 4....WOW

Very helpful
Dr O took care of me yesterday when I went for pain on the right side of my abdomin. She immediately sent me for cat scan and suggested it might be appendicitis. I was worried bc I had colon cancer and was hoping it didnt come back. It was appendix and she took care of quickly setting me up for surgery. I'm going home today from hospital and would like to thank her for her quick responses.
