Dr. Waters is amazing.
Dr.Waters is the best doctor I’ve been to and I trust her completely. She is patient, thorough, compassionate and extremely competent. She’s delivered my two children and performed my hysterectomy. I would, and have, recommended her to every woman I know. -JJ

PTSD Re-traumatization
It has taken me years to build up the courage to say this. I have severe PTSD from childhood sexual abuse. It was my first gynecological exam. I was so anxious about it that I scheduled an appointment simply to talk about the exam and explain that I have sexual trauma. During that initial visit, she came across as very kind and reassuring.I scheduled the exam with her. While waiting in the exam room for her to arrive, I was getting panicky. When she came in, I asked her for a little more time to prepare myself. She snapped at me, 'I don't have time for this.' I so wish I had left then, but I pressed on. During the exam, for which there was no nurse present, she was incredibly callous and dismissive. The exam was very painful, due to what I later learned was vaginismus, but she disregarded my report of severe pain. Afterwards, she left me sobbing in the room alone. My PTSD worsened significantly. I thought no one would believe me, so I didn't report it at the time. I wish I had.

First time patient, I was nervous
First visit, and very happy. I was seen within minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Waters took her time and asked questions about my overall health. She seemed to be interested in what I had to say, and addressed my concerns. In and out in an hour, but definitely NOT rushed.

I really like Dr. Waters. But her office staff is totally incompetent. Two issues. 1. I am trying to straighten out a bill that they erroneously sent to a previous insurer. 2. More significantly, she pushed me into an optional (expensive) medication to "see if my insurance would cover it". When I left, and thought it over, I immediately called the office and asked to cancel. The incompetent staff did not, and now I am stuck with a big bill.
