Truly strange and incompetent.
Scary, Confused by the high ratings. Not only was her behaviour very strange, but she was negligent in not following up or leaving some one to cover when my blood work returned with a diabetes level sugar. She takes months off at a time and leaves no one to cover. She complained that I asked too many questions and accused me of asking her to get in trouble with the insurance company, as well as spending 10 minutes trying to get me to change my insurance. One visit with her was enough. She also lied in her visit summary, claiming to have performed services she never did.

Completely unresponsive woman. She neither gave me follow up information, called in my prescription medicine, gave me an RX as she said she would to do blood work in 6 months, and never got back to me to give me my lab results. Had i not looked on labcorp myself, i never would have even seen my results. I had to call the office manager to get my prescription called in, and she said Dr Loketch would call me, which of course she never did. Now 6 months later the drug store called them to see if they can make refills and the office never got back to them again. My cousin is a surgeon at NYP and another relative also is a Doctor there and so i try to always use them, but this disgrace of an office has taken any trust i have in them to a level of zero. Maybe because Donna is out of the city area, they don't upkeep? I don't know but this particular office and the two primary care drs affiliated with them, one being Donna, are a complete joke.
