HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE! Didn’t even make it into see the doctor due to the rudeness of the office manager Kellie and the incompetent staff who couldn’t even verify insurance properly. They tried to charge for a deductible when it is not for services in the office. I explained that the day before when they told me they contacted my insurance and when I went in for my visit I was told there is a deductible. I told Kellie that I verified and I do not have a deductible she argued with me and told me to call the insurance when it is her responsibility. So I did call and had the insurance explain that there was no deductible. She still wouldn’t acknowledge and apologize that they made a mistake she continued to be confrontational and said she doesn’t have 45 min to be on the phone with insurance. When it only took me 5 min. She would rather charge NEW patients for something they shouldn’t have to pay for. Dr Tanner your staff represents you. You need to educate them on kindness.

I have been seeing Dr. Tanner for several years now. In fact, he just operated on my left big toe joint replacement, along with left 4th and 5th hammertoe repair. He is the very best Podiatrist I have ever gone to. My experiences with him treating my foot have been painless. He also has a very warm and caring attitude. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tanner has been practicing in Tamarac since completing his surgical residency in 1974. He is happily married, and has 4 children and currently has 6 grandchildren. His practice is devoted to reducing pain and deformity through both non-surgical and surgical remedies.
