I saw Dr Schermer for an acne issue that I have had on and off throughout the years. He prescribed EpiDuo Gel - an expensive medication, so he gave me a discount card. Upon my arrival to the pharmacy, they told me it would be $75 although my insurance deductible has been met and my other scripts are covered at 100%, I pay nothing out of pocket. The pharmacist told me that my insurance would cover it, they just needed a pre-auth which the office refuses to provide and even lied to me about it!
