I brought my father in for an extraction. He is 90 and was very nervous and quite loud and talkative. The office staff could not have been nicer. Everyone helped him feel relaxed. Dr Don was amazing. I would definitely recommend Donald to my friends and family. He was very warm and kind and made me feel really relaxed when I went in for my wisdom teeth removal. It was the first time I was put to sleep for a surgery so I was pretty nervous, but his friendly personality and the way he walked through each step of the procedure made me feel a lot more at ease.

My experience with Dr. Donald Rebhun was excellent. My tooth extraction proved to be painless. All the staff proved to be extremely friendly and professional and made the experience a positive one !

If I have to have a tooth extracted, I tell my dentist I have my own oral surgeon and I go to Dr. Don. Always a good experience (as good as getting a tooth pulled can be) and I never have a problem with my recovery. Thanks, Doc!

best extraction ive had by far

Dr. Rebhun and his staff were extremely warm and welcoming from the first moment I stepped in their office. I was able to get an exam and an appointment for surgery within the same week. He guides you through the process the entire way and with his direction I was able to recover very quickly. I cannot thank everyone there enough for helping relieve my pain and discomfort so quickly. If I ever need an oral surgeon again this will be the first and only place I go.

Great, I had a very painful abscess tooth that needed to be pulled. They took me in on Christmas Eve and took care of the tooth.

This was the first visit a family member had with Dr. Donald Rebhun and we found him to be professional, friendly and courteous. The procedure he performed was done with a minimal amount of discomfort and in a timely manner. The patient and I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Erika, Dr. Rebhun's assistant was extremely caring, understanding and informative when giving discharge instructions. All in all it was a very satisfactory experience for the patient and myself.

The way they handled the billing for my procedure has been really stressful. They took my insurance information and then charged me the full amount as if I didn't have insurance. Then I saw they billed my insurance anyway and they got a reimbursement. I had to notify them. They finally sent my refund check to the wrong address - then 4 months later they sent back some of the reimbursement to my insurance company saying it was an overpayment - now they are billing me the amount plus a late fee.

PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. The office/insurance staff is extremely unpleasant and incompetent, and their prices are double most other oral surgeons. I was charged $1992.00 before they even removed his wisdom teeth or tried to bill my medical insurance. It then took me more than 5 phone calls and over 9 weeks to get my refund. If you like being treated rudely and being talked down to then this is the place to go.
