Not impressed
I'm sure he's knowledgable but he is honestly just pretty unfriendly and doesn't seem to care. Very poor at answering questions and explaining anything.

Dr. Kroe was very unfriendly with me and also to someone else I know that saw him. He admitted me to Huntington Hospital and never visited me even one time, so I had no idea what was going on, even after I was discharged. After that I requested to see a different doctor at the facility because I felt that he didn't care about me or my condition.

I saw Dr Kroe for the first time a few days ago. He was kind and explained my problem - a spot on my lung that needs further testing - very clearly. The staff were courteous and my wait time was so short that I saw him before my appointment time. Very impressed.

Awful. Made an appointment to discuss test results with Dr. Kroe. I took extra steps to make sure the results were sent to his office. Arrived to find doctor totally unprepared. Said he didnt have records but would contact me to discuss once he had them. Never happened. When I called, I was told there was a note in my chart that doctor discussed results with me. Untrue. Doctor did finally call, and said he'd arrange follow up test. Several weeks later, nothing. Deplorable follow up.
