I work as a Highway Patrolman for the state of AZ. On 08-09-18 was struck head on by a DUI driver. My back pain was so severe due to pinched nerves, I could not walk straight. Dr Hales was an answer to our prayers. He told me the surgery was not to relieve pain, but to relieve the pinched nerves. The surgery was a great success! I will now be able to retire with full benefits. Dr Hales spent time answering all questions, and put me at ease. My wife and I thank God for him.

I have never felt more safe with any other doctor. Please if you need surgery, see him first. I had very successful surgery on my L3,4,and 5. I have no pain after suffering for years.
