On-time, Efficient, Friendly, and Professional
I was impressed with everything about this experience. Using the pre-appointment patient portal actually eliminated any paperwork at in-person check in (as it should). Check in took only moments and I was being prepped for my procedure within minutes of arriving. Staff was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt well-informed at every step of the process. My companion was kept apprised of my status and projected procedure completion in real time via a screen in the waiting room. Initial results were clearly explained to me and I was discharged quickly. I can't think of anything negative to share. I'll return to NKCH GI Lab and Dr. Clement for future needs.

Had my first meeting with Dr. Clement. I could not be any happier with how the apt went. Dr. took his time to understand my history and explain everything to me. Amazing staff. I can not say enough nice things about them.
