I was coming back for a follow up visit after my MRI and Dr. Chadwick was over 30 minutes late to my appointment. When he finally showed up, he spent 15 minutes testing my reflexes and ignored my concerns about my continuing symptoms. He failed to offer any support or possible solutions, claiming there “wasn’t anything else he could do”.

Absolutely awful!!! Very unprofessional. Very rude. Doesn't care about his job!!! Avoid him and save your money!

IT was like we were in the twilight zone when we entered his office. My son was there because we were referred to Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology, and Dr Chadwick happened to be the first available appt. His first question to us was "why are you here?" He was unprofessional and had terrible bed side manners. After recommending a very expensive and painful test, he admitted that he had never seen swollen nerves (which is why we were there!)

We were told to not worry about it when our daughter stopped breathing during a seizure. That was the last contact we had with Dr. Chadwick. Since then, our daughter has been CORRECTLY diagnosed and on medication that controls her seizures and doesn't make her sleep 18 hours a day. Best decision we ever made was to find a different neurologist. I would never recommend Dr. Chadwick to anyone.
