So caring
Dr Carter did my tonsillectomy in 2018. I’m just now writing this review 4.5 years later because he was just so wonderful. He was actually the first to recommend a simple tonsillectomy for me, which was a long time coming. He was caring and educated me, and my appointments were never rushed. His staff was kind too. I haven’t been sick at all and enjoying great health since then and so thankful.

I had a surgery twice with Dr Donald Carter, one back in 2011 and one last week in 2020. The doctor helped me breath better. * The scheduler was on medical leave and she was in contact with me and explained me all my charges and what to do before and after the surgery and coordinated everything with the surgery facility. She is just awesome :) * The Medical assistant is great and very helpful. * The front desk employees are very friendly and supportive on everything I've asked them for. I would recommend Dr Donald Carter's office to anyone who has any issues with Ear, Nose or Throat.

I was quite disappointed = HORRIBLE. Dr. Carter was not able to listen to me. He interrupted me as I told him about previous ENT issues. He recommended surgery for my sinuses after 4 minutes. He recommended the CT Scan to prove that I needed surgery. I was shocked as I felt proper medical procedure is diagnostics before making the diagnosis. I wanted out of the office but the doctor had his assistants write me up as a pre-surgery candidate. He spoke rudely about my last ENT doc. I LOST TRUST.

Dr Carter was TERRIBLE. He was impatient, didn't listen to me, rushed through the appointment spending no more than 3 minutes with me. Then, I receive a $550 bill from him for his 3 minutes of precious time. Would NOT recommend him. Called his office to talk about my bill and was told they would call me back and a they have never called me back. Find a different doctor who cares about your well being.
