No one to answer phones in the office.
Cant reach anyone to schedule appointment. It looks like they have at least 17 Drs but no one to answer the phone. After calling the office number provided on the Blue Advantage website, it looks to be a general number for the KU Med Health System. No one will answer, and when I press the option for leaving a message it seems to not be working either. Moving on to another provider. Its really a shame, because this office has many good reviews. I litterally tried for half a day non stop and was never able to reach anyone. There was no message about the office being closed, so I have to assume that in the interest of keeping costs to a minimum, they decided to have potenial patients jump through hoops to get an appointment. Sorry for the negative review. My frustration finally led me to this point.

Great personality. Very professional. Knows what he's doing. Efficient. Thorough. He did part of my surgery for a pituitary tumor removal (transphenoidal) and I trust him completely with anything ENT related.

After 22 years of putting it off I had a septoplasty with concomitant inferior turbinate reduction. He placed 2 stints which were removed on day 6 post op. The result is astounding. I can breath and smell things I haven't smelled in literally decades. Dr. Beahm's bedside manner is a significant plus for him. He's is funny and kind and patient and overall and amazing surgeon. He makes himself available for contact with questions, etc. I highly recommend him.

October 2014, surgery for fungal sinusitis. It could not have gone better, granted I was on the table for 6 hours! He was incredibly friendly and from all I can tell did an absolutely perfect job, a year and a half later and I can not think of anything to complain about! If the doc reads this, Thank you so much!
