Dr. Don Phillips, MD

Dr. Don Phillips was my ob for both of my pregnancies. I would recommend Dr Don to anyone! Another review had said something about how quickly he does his prenatal checks, I think it's very efficient! He always has me in and out of my appointments as long as their isn't an emergency with another patient. During heartbeat checks of both of my kids it was quick maybe a 2 minute check , on occasion he wouldnt mention the number on the fetal Doppler but would never hesitate to tell me any information that I asked. (That being said, you have to ask questions to get answers . ) In my opinion Dr Don is an amazing doctor who is efficient in his work and also takes the time to make you feel welcome and make conversation.

Dr. Phillips was my doctor while I was pregnant he was great. Sometimes the waiting is little long that’s because he has other patients I understand that. Our appointments are quick once I get in but he has always been great with me and my baby and my boyfriend. Always made sure my baby was ok and listen to the heartbeat to makes sure everything was good. The stuff has always been friendly to me scheduling appointments was super easy. Some people have bad experience but I haven’t had one at all. I think Dr. Phillips is a great doctor he delivered my son May 17th 2022 plus the next morning he came and checked on me and the baby. The next day after that he came in again to check on use. The fact that he remembered our names and my boyfriend name meant something something to use. I would recommend this doctor. Be patient. We love Dr Phillips.

I don't feel comfortable talking with Dr. Phillips. He always rushes like he checked my daughter's heartbeat last time we went there, but he did not tell us the numbers of the heartbeat of our baby so I feel he doesn't care about me and my baby. His staff are not good to follow up with my concerns when I called them about my pregnancy issues.

He’s always kind and courteous. Always listens to my concerns. Made the best decision for mine and my daughters health.

Would not recommend him to no one.

When I got my Mirena put in he refused to remove it. He said it was in the right spot. I went to a different DR and got a second opinion. Ends up it was NOT in the right spot and I had to get it surgically removed. Now Don Phillips won't see me as a patient anymore after this. Guess he feels ashamed. I would too. I like Mercy but Phillips is the last DR I'd recommend for anyone.

I seen Don in 2011. I was having difficulties at 34 weeks pregnant and he checked me said my baby was great and the very next day I was in the hospital having a still born. When I went back to Don he asked me how my baby was (he didn't deliver her he was busy I guess that day) I reminded him she died and thought that should be in my file seeing he's my DR and all.. Despite the unprofessionalism I went ahead and got the Mirena put in by him. Which had to be surgically removed by DR. Woods!
