Doctor misdiagnosed three times. He ignored all symptoms and family medical history reported to him. He forced patients to return every 2 months or so before he would renew prescriptions. He recommended invasive exams w no symptoms. I do NOT recommend this doctor.

Doctors office pushed and coerced patient into unnecessary office appointments before test results were available causing patient to reschedule multiple unnecessary appointments.

Dr BC contacted my insurance about a different drug that my insurance did not won’t to cover. He fought for me and won! He truly cares for the well being of his patients. He is the Best!!!

This doctor is great! His staff is horrible. Uncaring...rude and basically could careless about you. They are not helpful or proactive. There customer service skills are unbelievably horrible. One of them chomps on her gum while she is talking. It is really a bummer because he is a really really good doctor. He definitely needs to get people in his office that at least have some sort of customer service skills and are somewhat competent.

Dr BC has taken great care of me for the past (at least) 20 years. He was recommended to me by a long-time patient who thought he was as terrific as I think.

My parents have had a very bad experience with being long term patients here. I have never written a bad review for anyone, however I feel compelled to do this now for the many issues that could have caused a catastrophic outcome. His wife/nurse is a big part of the iproblem in his office. I could easily write paragraphs of complaints but will stop here. I simply highly recommend choosing another doctor.

Dr Charlie is the most caring Dr, we have been with many years and wouldn't think if changing!!!!! He treats each patient almost like family in so much that he wants to help your problem, He doesn't assume and will suggest another Dr if he needs to. Honest honest honest
