Dr Bell and his entire staff are professional and friendly. He really cares about his patients. Our family loves Dr. Bell

The office manager today yelled at me belittled me and yelled my personal billing information across the waiting room. She has a hooroble attitude and is so unprofessional. It’s actually sickening the way I see her treat staff and employees. I was refused service by her when I was sick .

Dr. Bell's staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Bell's website says they close at 5pm, so my husband and I drove for almost an hour and got to his office at 3:30pm, there was no one in the waiting room and all my husband needed is an antibiotic. Dr. Bell's office cared about what my husband needed as much as they care about the dirt on the bottom of their shoe. I asked them if they cud just write him a script for antibiotics so we didn't have to sit in the ER waiting room. It wud have taken them 2 seconds to write not even a sentence on a piece of paper the size of a post-it & hand it. I do not understand why people with no compassion or care for others get jobs that require compassion and caring about people. All Dr. Bell's office cared about were themselves and that it was an hour and a half b4 they closed and got to go home. Self-absorbed and and thoughtless people like the people in Dr. Bell's office is why the world is in the shape it is. Dr. Bell is no longer our pcp.
