Dr. Wu has a wonderful bedside manner. Explained what he was recommending and why. Procedure was painless and I am very pleased with results! Highly recommended!

We have been going to doctor Wu for years - our whole family sees him. He is nice and friendly and has good bedside manner. He is efficient and we like that about him - if they are running behind they usually have a complex case ahead of you. He has a great eye for skin cancer and is thorough. Doctor Wu cut out my basal cell cancer on my arm and did a great job. Barely felt any pain during the surgery and put me at ease. Wonderful doctor. I now see him for skin checks and he makes it easy.

I saw Dr. Wu for the first time last week. He was kind, compassionate, a great listener, and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. His exam was careful and thorough. He called me back personally with my biopsy results, walked me through the next steps, and carefully answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone seeking a new dermatologist.

My visit with Dr Wu was the most unpleasant doctor visit expereince I have ever had. I left with no more resolve then before I arrived. Left the appointment feeling confused and uncomfortable. Felt rushed, no explanations, and seemed to not be insterested in answering my questions. My advice find another doctor.

I waited to schedule an appointment with a doctor because I was very worried about knowing what a spot on my arm was. I finally decided to schedule the appointment and was lucky to be seen by doctor wu. I was soo nervous about the biopsy procedure but his technique was so good I barely felt a thing. I have now had the skin cancer removed by him and I am so happy

I was very concerned about a spot on my face, and Dr Wu recommended that we sample the spot as he was quite confident it was a skin cancer. He was right and I have had it treated and I’m so happy I chose to go to Dr. Wu. Many of my friends have seen him and love him. He cares about you as a person. He has also found some precancerous spots and treated them.

Two issues with my appointment with Dr Wu. I had an appointment with Dr Wu over a year ago. And I am doing a review now because of what I have been through recently with the same sore on my temple Dr Wu originally viewed first. To be honest when he came into the examination room with me it felt rushed. When I pointed to another spot I was concerned with he just said 'no' and continued without explanation. The first sore on my temple he froze off never felt right for several Months afterward. It always felt rough and I will add no one at Dr Wu's office advised me how to treat my sores or put anything on the them at the conclusion of my visit. A year later I visited another Dermatologist and I pointed to the same spot on my temple Dr Wu had treated and mentioned to this Doctor it has never felt right. This Doctor concluded we needed to do a biopsy. Two weeks later the lab results were completed and I was informed that it was cancer and I needed a Mohrs surgery on the same spot!

Last year I had a very hard time finding a dermatologist to get my daughter into as a new patient. It was suggested I try the Skin and Cancer Center and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Wu. I was very impressed, enough so that I am also now a patient of Dr. Wu.He's kind, thorough, and takes time to make sure he understands the problem and explains options.

Dr. Wu develops an excellent rapport with his patients and is an expert!

Dr. Wu took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure I fully understood the potential issue and treatment options. He is an extremely kind and compassionate doctor who really cares about me as a patient.

I saw Dr Wu today at the dermatology clinic in Shawnee Mission.I was so impressed with his thoughtfulness,kindness and of course treatment of my condition.Rarely does a doctor take his time these days to explain things in understandable words and also display the empathy that Dr Wu did.
