Dr. Jackson was very detailed and explained all Treatment options. He called the night of the surgery to check on my post-op status. His staff was very efficient and made my spouse feel welcomed.

My mother-in-law is 89 years old. She broke off her top three teeth. Dr Jackson was so very gentle and his staff so sweet and kind to her. We would highly recommend him.

Dr. Jackson is one of a kind! I came to him with two extra wisdom teeth as well as impacted teeth. He was reassuring, calm, thoughtful, and confident throughout the entirety of my visit. Not to mention the same energy being brought by the lovely ladies at the front desk during check-in. The surgery went great and the healing process was incredibly easy. Each member of his staff is up to date with the appropriate knowledge base in their department to assist patient needs and reduce anxiety. Dr Jackson himself is very outgoing, friendly, and easy to discuss treatment options putting the patient at ease. Every step of your service plan is discussed and written out in detail. I have been working with Dr Jackson's office for almost a year and have been very pleased with every step of the process. While not inexpensive (my dental coverage is not great), everything is up front. The front desk staff and the dental assistants are all more than precious. Dr Jackson is friendly, knowledgeable and great at explaining each step in the process. He always personally calls after each procedure to check on how I am doing. Love working with this office and have great confidence in them.

I am a young adult and I was so very pleased with my experience with Dr.Jackson. Dr. Jackson never made me feel unheard or unknowledgeable for asking questions. He explained why the surgery was necessary and what would happen during. The information was also written and sent home with me. Dr.Jackson resumed his charismatic behavior as he prepped me for an IV for my anesthesia. I am incredibly scared of needles but he gave me a ball to squeeze and told me to focus on that before adding a topical numbing agent to the injection site. I barely felt it, once I got home I did have questions about the medications and the order to take them. Dr. Jackson personally left me a voicemail telling me what days each medication would start and that the surgery went very well. I don’t foresee any dental surgery’s anytime soon but if I need one I most certainly know my destination.

Both my children had wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Jackson and my son has been going through almost 2 years of implant care. We wouldn’t choose anyone else!
