I want to thank Dr. Dolly Mehta, for her compassion and professionalism during a difficult time in 2016. As a first-time mother, a new immigrant with limited English, and recovering from a C-section, I struggled to breastfeed, and my baby was losing weight. Despite my efforts, no one offered alternatives, and one nurse was rude, pressuring me and making me feel at fault. I felt defeated and cried often.On the fourth day, Dr. Dolly Mehta ,came to my room and was a true angel. She reassured me, suggested supplementing with formula, and questioned why this hadn’t been offered earlier. Her empathy and understanding brought me comfort when I felt exhausted and vulnerable.Thank you, Dr. Dolly Mehta,for your kindness and care. You made a lasting impact on me and my family, and I’ll always be grateful.
