Dr. Doina Cherciu, MD

She is the best doctor I have had in the last 40+ years. I would highly recommend either her oe her brother. she and he always listen and give very good advice to all in my family.

I have been going to this practice for over 15 years and has recommended to several friends and family members...Knowledgeable and listens and very caring...the office staff is amazing, they are all very professional and friendly.

This was my second visit with Dr. Doina. It was the worst treatment i have ever received from a Dr. in my life. She would not let me explain to her about paperwork her office received on my behalf. She starting yelling at me telling me to loss some weight,, denying me for physical therapy . She walked out of the room into the waiting room still yelling for me to loss weight, There was a patient in the waiting room that looked at me, shook his head with a sympathetic look. Even the receptionist apologized for the Dr. behavior , as well as saying to me that the Dr. must have had a bad morning. The crazy part is I was her first patient of the day , and no that doe not excuse Dr. Doina for her unprofessional behavior. I was embarrassed,humiliated , and mad as hell. Reading other reviews I see this is not the first time she has yelled at or mistreated a patient. I will not be going back there or referring anyone to her.

Words could not explain the callousness I experienced at this office. My family had been going here for years & apparently there was some billing discrepancy in which (my parents) owed an unspecified amount to the office for a visit.. I had no knowledge of this until years later when I went into the office as an adult and met with Doina, who took the opportunity to bash and belittle myself and my family. I left in tears. I called my father embarrassed and distraught to find out when I was a minor in her care there was a discrepancy with our insurance that was never sorted out, he then told me upon his last visit to her she also displayed the same cruel behavior towards him and said to him "It's no wonder why your wife left you" after finding out that my parents had gotten divorced. I still do not know what the dollar amount was, and frankly considering Doinas frequent trips to Aruba and other luxury retreats I'm sure it was merely a pack of gum to her. I been seeing Doina for a year. I have had some strange symptoms after having a baby. I went to her today and she yelled at me in front of my husband telling me that there isn’t anything wrong with me and that I need a shrink. She called me a Russian princess and said that I’m exaggerating. She then said she was mad because she ran test and they were fine so there isn’t anything wrong with me, but that she will do blood work again and it will be the last time. I have never had such an unpleasant and unprofessional medical experience as I have with her today. She is incompetent and I wouldn’t recommend her to treat anyone.

Dr. Doina Cherciu is very knowledgeable and approaches a health issue from all angles. She follows a patient's general health carefully and is proactive, caring about maintaining good health. Dr. Cherciu is a very good listener, kind, pleasant, and encouraging. The office staff is professional and friendly.

I have been with Dr. Cherciu for 18 years she is the greatest doctor. Truly love her and Dr. Muguel Cherciu. They both wonderful Doctors and the staff in the office are truly a pleasure, nice and always accommodating. They always fit you in and are very caring. Best Doctors ever! Sincerely Gina

I’ve been going to Dr Cherciu for about 20 years now. She’s always been available, very professional, funny and light hearted. She’s a great family doc.

Dr. Cherciu is by far the best physician I have ever been to. She cares for all her patients, and examines them thoroughly and accurately! I have been to doctors in the past that will basically ask you what's wrong, briefly check your vitals, and prescribe something, without really physically examining you. Dr. Cherciu will do everything a professional physician should do. She is thorough and will physically examine you to make sure that she finds the problem and the right remedy. Great doctor!!

This practice is amazing. They care so deeply about their patients and call to see if you are feeling okay if things were serious. I would recommend them to anyone I knew. Amazing people

Dr. Cherciu has been my primary care doctor for over 15 years. She has never steered anyone in my family wrong and has been a huge support throughout many prolonged illnesses. She is an exceptional person and doctor. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
