PRE-AUTHORIZATION PERSON VERY RUDE
I have been going to this practice for several years. My level of care has always been great. Both Physicans do an excellent job. But the person that handles the preauthorization is HORRIBLE!! I was scheduled to have a procedure and was not told that the insurance had not approved it until I was checking in to have it done. She has blamed the insurance company. This was all started on the 30th of July. I have called every week in hopes that the paperwork has been done. I have left several messages for her and none have been returned. So I call today and finally get her on the phone only to have her tell me that she has never talked to my insurance company and that she has not received any paperwork. My wife was literally on the phone when the insurance company for hours. Then proceeded to call me a liar. So needless to say nothing has been done.

I went to Dr. Buyanov's practice, Premier Pain Management for WAY TOO LONG!!!! I only saw this man, DOCTOR once a year briefly. He is difficult to understand, poor "bedside manner" and I am SO SORRY I KEPT GOING A LONG AS I DID. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! They are DO NOT MANAGE PAIN, JUST $$$$$!!!!!

Dr. B is amazing! He is very thorough and smart. I told him I didn't want to take pain medication everyday for my chronic low back pain and he offered me a relatively new treatment, Ketamine. Its a 4 session process and after the 2nd infusion I noticed a HUGE improvement. I physically felt better and in turn I felt happier too! My family even noticed the positive impact this treatment has done for me! I trust & recommend Dr. B!
