Dr. Dmitriy Gen, DO

I had an appointment with a doctor Dmitriy Gen on February 18, 2025. The doctor gave me a referral to do a blood test in another lab, because in their clinic there is no lab. I went to on of the labs doctor gave me and theytook 7 large blood samples from me. Dmitry said that a referral for an examination by a gynecologist would come to me by mail within a week. Today is March 4, but I still have not received a referral to a gynecologist, which was the original reason for visiting the doctor Dimitriy Gen. Since they most likely forgot about sending me a referral, I can assume that the doctor did not look at my blood test results and did not make a conclusion. I called the office several times, but it is impossible to get through to them. I left some messages on voicemail. But still no one has called me back. I am extremely upset. I have spent the whole day visiting the doctor and taking blood tests, but I did not receive a referral to a gynecologist or my blood test result.

Dr. Gen was is very good Dr. Caring understanding friendly and all around good Dr. Hear you out and mainly A PROFESSIONAL.

I've been going to Dr. Gen for several years now. He has been a great doctor, and I've referred several friends to him over the years and every single one of them speaks highly of him. He is patient, very knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients.

Hello Dr. Gen is Wonderful Amazing and vey kind . no matter how sick you are you leave the clinic feeling better. Dr. Gen with his assistant nurse Ivet are incredible caring professional and super . Dr. Gen listens no matter how many Questions you ask him . And insures you that you will be ok . I have been visiting other doctors they do not not look at the patient only know how to type on the computer without asking you a question they only know how to prescribe medication. you may not need . God help us . If we have one Dr. like dr. gen in each hospital patient will not suffer and the world will be healthier and happier. I work with many doctors, and he had the best bedside manner. Very approachable and non judgemental.

The best doctor!

Like the staff and the doctor when I went in for a routine exam (as I needed to change doctors since moving to new state) but wow, is his follow-up awful. Never responded (or even opened) my msg on the patient portal, ordered incorrect Rx refills (even though I gave them the list in writing twice); haven't returned calls to the pharmacy trying to correct the issues. I'm perplexed. And looking for another doctor now.

I love Dr.Gen and his entire office staff! The way I found this facility was by phoning dr offices under my insurance. I was impressed with the phone etiquette, professionalism with handling my questions and concerns. As it turned out I saw Dr Gen by chance because the Dr in that office on my insurance card was not available. I'm so happy!! Dr Gen was beyond my hopes in a personal care physician, he actually very much is concerned with his patients care. I highly recommend him.

OMG!!! My husband and I have been looking for a good, caring Dr. for years. I am so happy that we found Dr. Gen. He and his nurse, Ivet, are the two most caring people I have ever met in the medical field. You can tell they really care about their patient's feelings and their health. I cannot say enough nice things about them. If you are looking for the best Dr give them a chance. The whole staff there is really friendly and the office is very well kept.

Dr Gen saved my life. A true godsend helping me at the urgent care center when i was uninsured. I will love him forever for the respect and care he showed me. God bless you brother Gen.

I'm usually very picky with my PCP's and have only ever had female doctors, but due to emergency scheduling, he was the only doctor with an opening that fit my schedule, so I took the chance, and I could not be more pleased with Dr. Gen. He listened to all of my problems, and explained, one-by-one, the possible causes, symptoms, and treatment of action for each problem. He did this all with a sense of humor and smile, which we all know doctors sometimes lack. Great service, 5 stars from me!
