Dr. Kovalev listened carefully, asked questions, looked at documentation I brought in and showed sincere interest in my complicated case. He assured me that we'd solve any mysteries together. He ordered tests and explained what each was and why we were doing them. I'm looking forward to working with Dr. K going forward. I trust him with my care and would readily refer him to other patients.

I've struggled with symptoms for over 15 years that were never figured out. I also had an issue on an old MRI that I was never informed about. The first time I saw Dr Kovalev, he read my entire history and found the issue on the MRI and informed me of it. He listened to every issue I've been enduring over the past 15 years and ordered updated scans to get a current look. He also started me on a medicine for my chronic headaches. I am so thankful that he looked at my charts in detail when he took over for my previous doctor. I felt heard, and I have hope that I might get some relief in the future.
