I had a 2:00 pm appt on 6/27/18. After waiting nearly 45 minutes I asked when would I see the doctor. 5 minutes later told that the dr was with her next appt. I reiterated that I was the 2:00 pm appt and had not yet been called in to see the dr. I got a song/dance story from the office manager and said good day. I travelled from western ma and am not impressed with St. Francis hospital or breast center and will not be back. We have great dr in western ma and will stick to western ma in future.

Dr. Gupta is a distant, cold and arrogant doctor. She does not like to explain things and does not like to be questioned about options, recovery or details of surgery. In addition, she is condescending and can become very agitated if you do not immediately agree with or obey her decision for your treatment. She shows little respect for her patients. I would not recommend her at all.
