Dr. Divjot Sooch, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Sooch for over 2 years. She is usually booked 4 months in advance (not her fault), so it is challenging to schedule an appointment. I take one medication, and every time I have seen her for yearly or follow up visits she says “I have never heard of that medication, why are you taking it?”. This has happened 4 times. I know we are all human, but it is frustrating.

I'm shocked to see these reviews. Please don't listen to the lower end ratings on here. I left SSMC and came to Signature when my needs weren't being met. Dr. Sooch has always addressed any needs I have had and ALWAYS runs the tests needed. She pushed for me to get an endoscopy (just in case) and I found out the root problem of what was going on when other doctors only ever ignored me. Yes, some days may be rushed but she's busy just like any other doctor. Bottom line, her and her NP are THE best! I don't ever want to switch doctors.

I have been going to this doctor for years and she is excellent ! She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She deserves 5 stars !

Dr Sooch is Amazing I have been going to her for years she has always been very concerned about my physical well being. Sends me to any specialist I may need without hesitation. When I have missed my diabetic appointments she is right on me getting me in. I had a really hard time with depression from losing my children and she managed to get me on all the right meds to cope with life again, depression is tough. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her.

She blatantly ignores what the patient is saying and going through, she is not remotely personable, she doesn’t even try to be friendly. Every appointment with her is uncomfortable and I have struggled immensely to get the proper care from her

Would not go back if she was the last "doctor" on earth! I could go all day about the negative things about my experience here, but just know that she is very bothered by doing her job and all her patients are garbage.

I was a patient of Dr Bruce Kaplan at the Signature Healthcare center in Raynham for over 30 years. We didn't always agree but he was always receptive to my own feelings and knowledge of my health. I hope he's enjoying his retirement. I am now supposedly a patient of Dr Sooch of the same practice. I have found her aloof and unresponsive to me. I do not believe she even looked at my chart before meeting me,dismissing me and not responding to my calls. I only need her to coordinate my referrals and meds. I have an oncologist an endocrinologist and a radiologist. How is it right that she can ignore and generalize patients and still be recommended by Signature Healthcare. It this point I don't think I would even want her to treat a strep throat .

Rushed through the visit, didn’t listen and wasn’t remotely helpful.

The office was old and dusty. I waited over 45 mins due to technical difficulties. I believe dr Sooch was is knowledgable and treated my poison ivy well BUT she did not want to treat my insomnia. I asked for a low dose Trazodone. She went into a tirade about how she doesn't prescribe narcs, benzos, etc. basically anything addictive. I'm a trained nurse who works overnights. Trazodone is extremely safe. She treated me like a seeker and though she gave the script I had no refills!!!

Highly recommended! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm grateful and happy too have Dr. Divjot Sooch as my doctor.
