Bad office staff
Dr. Mous is a good and patient doctor. His office staff leaves much to be desired. They do not follow through and create much stress in trying to care for my mother. They are slow and inconsistent with information. They are no help at all. I wish Dr. Mous had better staff.

Doctor Mous is one of the VERY few that will actually take the time to listen and talk with you. While I know he is extremely busy, while he is in the examining room, he makes you feel that at that moment, you are his one & only priority. He doesn't rush through the visit, giving you time to go over your list of questions. He's awesome!!!
