Paid for a consult w/another surgeon for a breast augmentation, saw him twice & both times it was very disappointing! He was not very informative nor was he able to thoroughly explain things to me & my husband that entailed the surgery. Although we still had concerns, this surgeon was ready to schedule me for surgery! We left his office feeling deflated & thinking that surgery may not be for me! Found Dr. Mistry on line, for a 2nd opinion as a last resort! We were pleasantly surprised, from the 1st time of my consult w/her, she thoroughly & patiently went over every detail of the surgery...The pros & cons, what to expect & best of all there was no prodding her for information! She was able to answer all of our questions, put our minds at ease & any concerns we had, dissipated! The difference between her & the other surgeon was night & day...Honestly the BEST experience ever, from my 1st consult to her Wonderful staff, my surgery & all of my post-op visits. Dr. Mistry is AMAZING!!!

Janet at the front desk is rude and is good at chasing patients away. Too bad our insurance now pays for breast reductions. We will not be pursuing services from this provider again. If not paying 100% out of pocket, don’t expect good customer service.

Dr. Mistry is an exceptional caring Dr. She did my skin graphs after loosing my muscles to the “flesh eating bacteria”. Many years have passed and I still remember how caring and compassionate she was with me. I will forever be THANKFUL for having her in charge of my care.

Don't be fooled by the niceties at your consult. I accompanied my wife to her consult with Dr. Mistry and I can say by first impressions, if you have money you are more than welcome there. Dr. Mistry comes off as superficial with a big fake smile and clearly motivated by money. You don't come away feeling as if you are VALUED but more as if you've visited a car dealership and are given the hard sell in buying a service. She doesn't radiate any realness in her personality and I didn't feel like she saw us as people but more as dollar signs. I will say this, we do have money but won't be spending it there.

I was in need of a surgery I did not want to have-having my breast implants removed. I feel very fortunate that I was referred by a nurse friend of a friend of mine, as I was new to the area. After meeting with her I knew I was in very capable and caring hands. I received excellent communication, thorough information and realistic expectations. My surgery was more of a success than I had anticipated and I am so very thankful for the care I received.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, bilateral mastectomies & 30 rounds of cancer treatment, Dr. Mistry coldly dismissed me from her practice when I tried to schedule reconstructive surgery with her. Years ago, I didn't make my last follow-up appointment with her because I was fully recovered. She said she "assumed" I sought healthcare elsewhere, which is absolutely false. She coldly dismissed me from her practice without the decency of allowing me to talk with her. Heartless woman.

Dr. Mistry is the best physician and surgeon I have ever had. She had excellent bed side manner and staff. From the moment I met with her for my free consultation I knew that I was going to be pleased. She always listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Each appointment she was always on time and took the time to ask me about how I was doing. My surgery and procedure was amazing and smooth. I love my results and am so pleased! Fantastic surgeon and I highly recommend her!
