Dr. Dinesh Nayak, MD

Love Dr. Nayak but absolutely the worst staff I have ever encountered. Rude to customers, makes mothers feel like crazy people for calling them. Literally, the worst front staff I have ever encountered in health service. Fortunately, I can take my business elsewhere and I plan on doing that ASAP. They are not organized with their billing and tried to over bill me. They made me wait an hour and a half for 4 shots with a two year old in a tiny room ??. The doctors are great but the staff is horrid. And unfortunately the staff is the first and last encounter you have with this business. The staff completely overshadows the doctors good work. Hire better faces for your business and please remember you are working for concerned mothers with newborns up to whatever age. We count on doctors and their staff to give us comfort in hard times. And with sick children, times are always hard. Please have more compassion for parents and their kids.

My son was a patient at Dr. Nayak office for 10 years. Today we went for his annual physical and because we were 10 minutes late we were told in no uncertain terms that we would not be able to see the Dr. Normally, I would understand this if not for the fact that I had called at 2:13, our appointment was for 2:15, and let them know we were running a few minutes behind. We actually arrived at the office around 2:22, 2:23 but I rounded up on the sign in sheet.

Dr Kayak is great my kids love him, he takes his time and answers all questions

Dr. Nayak has treated my 10 year old since he was an infant. He is extremely knowledgable, courteous and has the patients if a saint. He makes you feel like your child is his only patient. I never feel rushed or like I am bothering him regardless of how many questions I ask.
