Dr. Dina Edrich, MD

Dr. Dina Edrich is a knowledgeable doctor, a true professional and an extraordinary human being. Not only has she taken consistently great care of my health, but also, she is most pleasant to speak with about wellbeing context and betterment at every appointment. The doctors office maintains a superior check-in process at all times, and the staff is experienced, warm and welcoming; the overall atmosphere is highly positive

I had many doctors in my life, but none of them shows the respect and caring that Dr. Edrich showed to me. She is the only doctor that really takes time with me, shows interest in my health and helps me all the way until I feel better. She also shows me what to do to stay health like teaching me how to have better eating habits, thanks to her, just with advice and follow ups I lost 35lbs. The visit doesn't finish in the office, she always does a follow-up and communicates with me when I need it. Again, I never had a doctor that really cares about my health and is on top of that with many follow ups. She always answers my communications though MyChart as soon as possible. Wish all doctors will be like her.

First time seeing her seemed she did not take time to look at my medical history with my primary doctor available in her office. She questioned decisions made by specialists I have seen and lacks empathy.

Dr. Edrich ordered my sister's lab. Quest sent her the lab result on 3/10 the results are abnormal today is 3/17/22 she has yet to follow up or call my sister regarding her labs. and the results are alarming CRITICAL at least call her to tell her to go to the nearest ED or something. Since the 3/10 my sister has been hospitalized twice and 7 days later, they have not seen her. each time she follows up with them they are telling to wait until her scheduled appointment which is 3/22/22. the office refuse to schedule her while my sister is fainted at work unable to see and need medical attention right away. that office is terrible normally physician review and call their patient right away especially if the lab results are abnormal and the patient are at risk. We work in the medical field we know the process and what supposed to happen we know the physician should have followed up by now. this is Negligence and my sister dies or have permanent organ damaged i will escalate this further.

I found Dr. Edrich to be super professional, engaging, and a good listener. The office staff was so pleasant and the whole experience was an excellent one.

Dr. Dina Edrich is the quintessential professional. She is warm, efficient, has excellent communication skills and is very thorough. She gives you so much time and is very organized. If you try to deviate from the investigation of your medical issues, she quickly brings you back into focus. This young lady does not miss a thing. She orders appropiate tests for you and is wonderful at following up. There's noone like Dr. Edrich. She's a keeper!

Dr. Edrich is very professional and personable. She very thorough and knowledgeable. She listens intently and answers all my questions. She has never seemed rushed and takes the appropriate amount of time with me. I am completely satisfied with her as my personal doctor. I have had 2 others in the 6 years I've been here. She is the best. I highly recommend her.

I went to her office for a simple blood work.. the doctor herself is friendly but her staff is poor..I tried to explain to her that her staff was very rude and the girl who drew my blood went in my arm without feeling for my veins and was fishing around with a needle in my arm. Her response was that she had a lot of patients to see right now and that she wasn't there to see what happened.. I will not be returning to dr. Edrich office, not because of her but the staff she hires.

Dr Edrich is very professional, savvy, I recently had a terrible night of coughing and I knew something was wrong, I called her staff in the morning, they understood it was urgent and was able to see Dr Edrich the same afternoon. Dr Edrich reassured me and gave me the right treatment I could feel the improvements the very next day . I will definitely recommend Dr Edrich to my friends.

this is one of the best primary doctors I have been to, I have had some experiences with doctors who really don't have time to listen to you and understand your situation, Dr.Edrich goes above and beyond to try and help and understand your situation. she has compassion and the skill to help Aleve your pain and find the right treatment in bettering your health. very organized and explains everything before it is done, to make you feel comfortable. very loving staff and doctors.

Dr. Edrich is professional, courteous and has a great bedside manner. She truly cares and listens to each individual complaint and provides instructions for the best possible methods for curing any ailment. To the extent that she is unable to, Dr Edrich is also secure enough in herself as a physician to provide any necessary referrals. She is exactly the type of primary Doctor we all need.

Lacks empathy and compassion. Complex case, all she did was send to a different specialist for each complaint. Once visited each specialist and came back with results, immediately sent to another specialist. Unable to think outside of the box. Gave her several tries and she just did not want to hear anything I had to say. Since seeing Dr. Edrich, what I believed I was experiencing and communicating to her has been confirmed, since early detection was not determined, I am paying the price....
