I've seen her a few times. Normally she is good and would answer questions. This appointment was awful. Im not sure what was going on with her. She acted like it was an inconvenience to her that I was there. I was trying to explain symptoms as I am feeling horrible. She kept cutting me off and never answered. Did not listen to my heart, touch the swollen lymph nodes, follow up with my difficulty swallowing or breathing ;nothing. Looked at my report as I had asked, she said oh that's not normal. No further explanation. She seemed very distracted and could not get me out of there quickly enough. We all have bad days but you just cannot treat sick people like that. If she were not up to the appointment it would have been better to reschedule instead of sending me home crying. Dr. Agarwal if you need a rest, please take one.

Dr Agarwal has been my primary care physician doctor for the past 5 years. She always tell you what it is and doesn’t sugar coat. She is very efficient.

If you want to be treated like an object rather than a human being, Dr Agarwahl is the one! !went to Dr Agarwahl just for prescription strength allergy eye drops. She hijacked my whole healthcare, with an unecessary echocardiogram; she arrogantly & secretly imposed upon me along with my blood panel workup unwanted blood tests 1) for HEP C (an STD!) with no hepatic symptoms, I've NEVER had a blood transfusion, & no basis to suspect that I engage in the type of activities that put one at risk (insulting to be percieved as promiscuous or a junkie; 2) a PSA test 3) a blood occult for colon cancer, with total disregard that at age 65 I will not treat any cancer, & I do not want my prostate monitored for cancer,as its treatment is surgical or pharmaceutical castration. I refused to give the fecal sample, & was shocked to see the other unauthorized blood tests after the results came back. The neck MRI she ordered was welcome The punch line! No eye drops! I had to go the ER that same day!

Horrible. Didn't listen, pay attention or even look at my issue. She acted as if my appointment was a disturbance and I was her enemy. So strange. Does not return phone calls. Her office staff is disorganized and her office is not clean. I am not sure why medical care in this area is subpar. Was so hopeful after reading decent reviews.

After 3 visits, the 1st was scheduled as an initial visit with a physical exam to establish care, it's very clear that Dr. Agarwal has no interest in giving her patients quality care & customer service. The routine blood test she ordered was input incorrectly, resulting in no insurance coverage, even after I spoke to her staff several times, who promised to correct the problem. She also ordered incorrect tests and, after several calls requesting correction, I never received a call back so finally gave up. Additionally, she seemed rushed with every visit, spending an average of about 5 minutes with me.

Dr. Agarwal is a kind, attentive, patient and knowledgeable physician. I couldn't have a better internist! She's got an awesome staff of front and back office personnel especially Mohammed who keeps everything orderly. Dr. Agarwal has always been available if I should have an urgency or if I need to make an urgent appointment it's done. She's referred me to excellent specialists and I'm in better health than I've ever been!

Dr Agurwal is good at what she does. Her staff however does not care. It is a shame she does not surround herself with better more compatinat people. Rhonda is the worst. Very short and rude. Watched her put a call on hold and then have a personal conversation for over 5 minutes. Explains a lot about what happens when I call. I am on also sloppy about getting refills of very important medication.

I miss this doctor so much. I've not been able to establish the same rapport with doctors in this area since I had to leave her as she no longer accepts my HMO. She is really personable and knowledgeable. Her medical skills were the best and I always left her office feeling respected and understood. I have three chronic health conditions requiring frequent monitoring. She was on top of it! Unlike the two doctors I've tried since she never made me feel like she couldn't be bothered .

Dr Agarwal .... it's always good to see her, even when you are not doing well , which is the point in case ;) !!! She is wise, knowledgeable and compassionate. I love her cool sense of humor, not to mention the cute dimples that go with the name! Liked her from day one and happy to have her as my doctor.

Dr Agarwal is an excellent physician. Very caring and always reachable. She has a good sense of humor and is personable. She explains medical jargon in a way I can understand. Highly recommend.

I visited Dr. Agarwal and her staff recently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From a very short wait time to the efficiency of Doctor Agarwal, it was an overall pleasure. The doctor and her whole staff really care about the patients needs. I will definitely be returning to this doctor.

Dr. Agarwal is amazing! She is very understanding and very well informed. Probably the best internal medicine practitioner the valley!

I have had the opportunity to visit Dr. Agarwal's office on many occasions and my experiences with Dr. Agarwal have been outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and caring. Dr. Agarwal is very professional and takes the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff have always been helpful and nice. I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Dr. Agarwal is an exceptional doctor. She is patient, knowledgeable, listens, answers your questions, resolves issues, gives great specialist referral doctors and her staff is efficiient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Terrific doctor and office. I am extemely impressed with her knowledge, concern for my health, and especially the time she has spent with me. She is clearly concerned about overall wellness issues and not just a current problem. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Came in just for an annual visit as a first time patient and walked out with a list of things to do. Very grateful. This doctor took her time with me, I even had a student NP who took interest.

Immediately ask for a new doctor if you get this lady. She shows no concern for her patience. My mother-in-law has been in the hospital for the last 4 days and we still can't get any answers on the results from all her tests that were done. When you ask the staff when Dr. Agarwal will be in, their response is "I don't know, it may be this morning, tonight or tomorrow we actually never know." Your loved ones will not receive the proper care from this lady. She should be ashamed of herself.

Dr. Agarwal is the best doctor I've ever had, both her and her PA are excellent in all areas. I have never felt rushed, she spends whatever time she needs to understand fully what is going on with you, and delivers care/instructions in a clear, concise fashion. I have never left her office feeling unsure of her diagnoses or treatment recommendations. A doctor is only as good as their front office staff, and Rhonda, her office manager is hands down, the best on communication and follow thru.
