Amazing. Helped get me diagnosed with lyme disease. Friendly and very knowledgable. Highly recommend.

If I could leave no star, I would. Made me wait for 45 min, no explanation regarding the issue. When I asked I wanted to talk to him, the personnel just told me he was busy with other patient. I mean, how professional you can be if you are going to make appointments above your capacity and on top of that do not have the decency to come and explain yourself?

Dr. Alvarez is a very friendly, attentive and outgoing doctor, which makes the visits more comforting, but I must say he is not very thorough with reviewing test results. He overlooked several abnormal tests and did not take the time to thoroughly investigate the reason as to why I have been feeling sick for at least a month and did not consider the fact I had underlying symptoms I had for years. Instead of just suggesting I see a specialist if the issue may not have been in his area of expertise, he deemed I was ok due to "normal" test results and overlooked the results that needed to be addressed. Months later I switched to my childhood primary doctor that happened to be out my county , and she was able to look at the test results ordered by him and determined I had an inflammatory issue and was later found that I have an autoimmune disease! Ironically after he "looked over my tests" he told me to "stay positive and get it out my mind that something was wrong with me".
