Horrible front desk staff. The either dont pick up, or refuse to make an appointment withoug a referal. I called for 2 hours straight to make an appointmnet for two days in a row and nobody picked up. I dont understand how they run a sucessful practice when the first line of contact with a potential patient/client is extremely difficult and unpleasant. Once they picked up, they nefer asked any information, they just said they were booked for 2 months and to call back then. Wondeful!

What an amazing first impression. Warm, kind, super knowledgeable, and just all around amazing. I feel safe in Dr. Martin’s care and look forward to seeing her until I give birth.

I am very upset about the office staff I encountered during this visit, who denied me service from this provider. My insurance was not verified prior to my visit even though the office had the information for a month, and even though I had verified the position of this office is to provide an estimate ahead of time if costs exceed $65. I was surprised an estimated charge of $367 on the day of the appointment, that was required at the point of service seeing as my insurance claimed they paid 100%. After trying to verify this with my insurance for over an hour in the middle of the office, I complained about the office practice of not verifying insurance and making me aware of the cost, the office manager then got very rude and misrepresented things I had said. She asked me if I wanted to be seen, which I said yes, and she said I had to pay. When I handed her my card, she claimed I threw it (which I did not). Then she denied me service. This is not how patients should be treated.

Great experience nothing but great things from this office and Dr Martins. She is very caring and helpful the staff is great!

Amazing staff and amazing doctor.

The best doctor I have seen since I moved to Miami. Highly recommended. I do a ton of research before agreeing to see a doctor, if you are doing yours, please give dr. Martin a chance (you won't regret it). I trust her and her staff blindly. Also, very personalized service.

I've only been there once so far but everyone was very kind and helpful and I did not have to wait, which was nice. Overall the experience as well as the location was quite pleasant.

Amazing doctor, staff and practice. I love the fact that they call to inform you about the lab results, regardless if they're positive or negative. Everyone is always in such a good mood and creates a positive atmosphere, it helps a lot during the important exams- which for first time moms can be stressful. Waiting time always very short. I will miss these guys!
