Horrible bed side manner. Would not recommend.

Had a nice personality but gave the most uncomfortable Pap I ever had in my life. Very traumatizing till the point that I cried many times that day afterwards.

I never left one visit from Dr. Young's office feeling at ease. When speaking with her she always made me feel the anxieties I had weren't worth her time. I felt she sometimes did a lot of unnecessary testing as if she didn't believe my answers to her questions so she rather test for the answers. She is professional but does not give you that warm and cozy feeling you may be looking for during a stressful time or if you are one who has white coat syndrome. Multiple of my family members started as patients of hers and have all since left her care for negative reasons and experiences. We do not refer anyone to her.

When my son was footling breach (his foot was entirely outside of my cervix) she never even bothered to look up there!

HE IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!! LOOK SOME PLACE ELSE.!!!!

Dr. Young WAS a good doctor years ago when she had time. Takes forever to get an appointment, and she reschedules several times before you can actually see her. If there is an issue it is ABSOLUTELY up to you to keep tabs. And I quote, "We do not have time to call back every patient with abnormal results. You get your results in MyChart (the phone app), and then you call us if you have questions." It is up to YOU to determine if you need medical attention. Totally unacceptable!!!

Friendly, caring and approachable!

My visit with Dr. YOung not only answered my questions but she helped to put my mind at ease with her demeanor and knowledge base. Her service was friendly, caring and unbiased.

Dr. Young is nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY!!! I walked in to my first prenatal appointment quite nervous being a plus size woman. She immediately helped me to feel at ease and confident that I was more than capable of having a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby with a positive attitude and sticking to the plan of healthy eating and excercise. 40 weeks later, she delivered our perfectly healthy baby boy via C-Section. I know it's her job, but she is absolutely FANTASTIC at what she does.

Being with Dr. Young was like being with an old friend. You know her concern was real. There was not any topic concerning my health she didn't approach. Dr. Young and her nurse Renee made you feel as though you were in a home like setting sharing. I would highly recommend Dr. Diane Young to anyone looking for a caring physician.
