Worst PCP I’ve ever had
Dr. Thomas has ZERO bed side manners. I was done with her when she snapped at me and rudely said she had no time to discuss the new problem I wanted to report. I might’ve put up with that if at least she was competent, which is not the case. Why would I paid extra money for such a lousy doctor?!

She was a good doctor, I just won't recommend her to anyone due to the fact she seems to care more about her bottom line instead of her patients. I did recommend friends in the past but have steered many away now after how I was treated. It shows how she cares about her patients with her endeavor with a concierge business plan now.

Worst experience ever. This doctor has a "concierge practice" and we pay $1800 a year for the "privilege" of having her as my husband's doctor. She advertises that this money covers services that insurance won't cover. However, the one time my husband saw her in the past year, she gave him a tetanus shot, which the insurance declined, and they billed him not only for the shot but for an "administrative fee" for sending the bill!!! Needless to say, we a DONE with this poor excuse for a doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Thomas for about 18 years and think she is the best!!!! However she decided to scale back her practice and joined a "concierge" group. Unfortunately I can't afford $1600 a year for each of us just to have the ability to see her. We are struggling to find a family practice doctor and we really miss her.

I was happy with my care with Dr. Thomas. Unfortunately she moved to a "concierge " service with a monthly fee no matter whether you see her or not so I can no longer afford to have her as my doctor. I might only go to a doctor once a year so a monthly fee is not worth it for me. Hard enough to pay for insurance let alone paying another monthly fee. It is work to find a doctor you trust, I am sad Dr. Thomas decided to push good patients out by moving to a concierge monthly fee service.

Dr Thomas is a good old fashion country type Doctor. Unfortunately she has decided to scale back her practice and joined vipmd a "concierge " type of Dr. For $1600 a year each you get quick appointments and better care. Does that mean I've been getting inferior care? Well Doc, if you wanted to scale back your practice this ought to do it!

Dr. Thomas has been my primary for 12 years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. She hears what her patients have to say with compassion and she does recognize us as individuals. She never rushes my appointments and I never have a long office wait. She is very knowledgeable and gets quick results. Her staff is also wonderful and has been with her for years.

I have a very good relationship with Dr Thomas. She listens to what I have to say and takes into consideration my feelings on what is going on with my body. I have recommended several of my family members and friends to her as their primary physician, all are pleased with her care. If she is not sure of your symptoms she sends you to the proper Doctor with the necessary experience to give you the utmost care. Her staff is very friendly and well educated in their field.
