Exceptional Doctor
Dr. Diane E.S. Payne is truly an exceptional physician who stands out in her field. After experiencing frustrating visits with other doctors who dismissed my symptoms, I was relieved to find Dr. Payne. From our first appointment, she took my concerns seriously and demonstrated genuine compassion for my situation. She not only provided effective treatment for my carpal tunnel symptoms but also ensured a thorough diagnosis by confirming it with the appropriate tests. Dr. Payne patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything in clear, understandable terms, which made me feel valued as a patient. Her willingness to address all my questions and concerns made a significant difference in my experience. I wish she could be my doctor in every specialty because her dedication and expertise make her one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to see. I highly recommend Dr. Payne to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring medical professional.

Best doctor ever!
I saw Dr. Payne for a trigger finger. I have never felt so satisfied with her knowledge, professionalism, kindness and clear explanation of my options. I trust her and like her. I got an appointment quickly but I had to wait 75 minutes to be seen. I would wait 75 minutes to see her any visit.

No Show M.D.
Arrived at 9:45AM for my 10:00 AM appointment with Dr. Payne. At 11:00 AM I asked the receptionist for an update and she said she just guessed that Dr. Payne was running late(?) Finally had to leave at 11:30. No explanation for the delay, no apology, and they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule.

First visit with Dr. PAYNE
I Previously saw another hand specialist approximately nine months ago for the same symptoms only on my left hand. He offered a steroid shot or surgery. I choose surgery but postponed for another opinion. After six months my left hand trigger fingers symptoms were gone and moved to my right hand so I saw Dr. Diane Payne. After examining both hands and getting x-rays she recommended her course of treatment .Dr. Payne was very personable, patient, kind, and down to earth. She was also veryProfessional and yetI felt like I had known her forever!I highly recommend Dr. Payne.

An Outstanding Docter
I consider it an honor to write a review for Dr. Diane Payne. Because of a bad fall I broke my wrist in two places. I was told that immediate surgery would be required. However, because of a medical complication involving my heart, I was unable to get clearance for surgery from my cardiologist. Dr. Payne coordinated extensively with my cardiologist and developed a strategy to proceed with the surgery. Dr. Payne was warm and caring through the process and I felt very secure with her. The surgery was successful and I now have full use of my wrist again. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Payne’s service during this very stressful event. She is an outstanding

Left crying
Easy to schedule appointment. Free parking. Doctor was an hour late, and kept leaving. I was there 3 hours. When I explained why I was there, that I had to have a plate installed in my wrist somewhere else anf 4 months later was still in a lot of pain, I felt very belittled. The doctor was very argumentative and told me I was wrong in everything I said. When I mentioned having the worst pain on my arm above my wrist she told it was ‘anatomically impossible’ to hurt there. I left crying in frustration. I’m only writing this interview now because I went to another doctor who found I have a tear right where I said my arm hurt, and an issue with the screw in the plate that showed up in the x-ray, so I need to have it removed. I get everyone has bad days and maybe she was having a bad day. I won’t forgot how I felt leaving her office: stupid, worthless and too dramatic. To think if I had stopped with her, I would be left with pain from a damaged plate. Be your own advocate!!

Dr. Diane Payne is THE BEST!! She knows how to "fix" stuff! :-) She fixed my sons broken arm, my husbands bad knee, and my daughters hip issues. But, most recently...I was the one who needed help. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time (I didn't have to wait) and I didn't feel rushed while I was in the room with her. During our appointment, I felt heard and supported which is unlike other doctor appointments I've been in. She presented me with several options for my wrist situation and explained all of them very clearly. She's an extremely knowledgeable physician with a gentle and caring hand. She's patient. She's funny. She listens. She understands. I'd give Dr. Payne 10 stars if they'd let me - she's excellent.

Dr. Payne is THE BEST. She is all the things – smart, caring, talented, experienced, and she listens. She has operated on my son (reattached his finger), treated my 15 year-old for a bruised patella, helped my husband with a torn meniscus, and supported me through a broken toe. She collects the data, makes the diagnosis, treats, and follows up meticulously. No run around. No extra tests. Excellent, comprehensive, care. I give her my highest recommendation as a person and a provider.
