Dr. Diane Brzezinski, DO

1. I was in the hospital for abdominal surgery and was told I needed to follow up with my primary care Dr. I called their office was told I wasn't able to see Dr. B because she was too busy. 2. My annual physical was cancelled for unknown reasons. I had to wait several months for a new appointment. 3. Finally, I went to my appointment (physical, six months later) and was 5 minutes EARLY for the appointment. I was told I had to reschedule my appointment because I wasn't there 15 minutes before. So now I have to wait a couple more months for this appointment. I'm not sure of what games they are playing in that office, but I would avoid Dr. B.

I recently moved to Naples and searched for a woman Dr. to oversee my medical care and I read good reviews about Dr. Brzezinski so I made an appointment. Of course she doesn't accept new patients, so I agreed to see a CNP. My first appointment was cancelled but I was able to sneak in a couple of weeks later. The CNP was great; very thorough, but I left needing a physical exam appointment the following month with blood tests prior. So I scheduled an appointment for May. That appointment was cancelled without a phone call, just an email on the portal. They never called to reschedule. I finally got through to the front desk (it was not easy) to reschedule and they couldn't fit me in until late AUGUST! I gritted my teeth and waited. Then a day before my appointment, (I had already gone to the lab to have my blood drawn) and that appointment was cancelled! I decided to wait to see if they would ever contact me to reschedule, as of September 18th they haven't. I've moved on.

I missed an appointment with Dr. Brzezinski. I know it is wrong but sometimes there are situations that you can't help. I am respectful of the Drs time and have only had this happen maybe twice in my life. After my one missed appointment they would not accept my calls so I could explain. I left multiple messages with no response. I would avoid this office.

Difficult to get in to see. Very rarely do you see dr b.

I enjoyed Seeing her PA’s. The thing I am so disgusted about is that she has a third party call each and every month. I didn’t know why they continued to call.... but then I discontinued using her as my doctor. I continued to get calls even though I had changed doctors and gave the third party that Information. Both my husband‘s and my insurance has continued to be billed $70 a month for the 3rd party service. $840 per year per patient for doing nothing is a sweet deal for the doctor. Our insurance paid her $1680 in 2019. Sweet deal if each of her patients pay the $70 per month per year. Very disappointed in this practice. All they ask is how are you doing.....really....if you aren’t doing ok you would assume you would have visited your doctor. Nice lady..but a REALLY nice cash base for her.

I've been going to her clinic for 15+ years. She has discovered issues with me that others missed. I love her! All her patient do. She is caring and cares about you individually. The staff is awesome!

The most caring, attentive & knowledgable Doctor. Goes above and beyond her calling. Her staff is professional and just as caring, I feel blessed to be under her care!

Awful experience. I had an appointment that I actually arrived at 45 min. early. The person who called her self a receptionist told me that I was actually 20 min. late. Despite her mistake, she refused to let me see the doctor. I have the card and phone confirmation that indicates that she was wrong. I would have been on time for the earlier time but I was held up by a lung surgeon who was seeing me because of my lung cancer. I was seeing Brzezinski to consult about other options. Brzezinski would not see me. Oh I should also say this was the 11th time I visited her office. I have yet to meet with her. Every visit has been with her staff. if you open up the Naples paper you see at least two adds a day for her quackery. Believe me you do not want to trust your health who treats her patents as badly as this doctor.

Dr. Brzezinski and her staff truly set the standard for excellence! Knowledgeable, passionate and compassionate about the care they provide...Dr.B and her team make sure that each patient receives their undivided and full attention! Dr. B and her entire team are top shelf in my book!

She’s great if you ever get to see her. Mostly you see her PA. And you get shuffled to specialists and called back for reviews of the results. 4 months later, you still have the same issues, and are no closer to feeling any better and still have not seen the Dr. I also experienced the wait for an hour for my yearly physical only to have to re-schedule because I had another appointment. Yet if I was late, I would have lost my spot. Just too frustrating!

At this office they make you jump through hoops just to get an appointment and when you finally do it is just with her assistant. Dr Brzezinski requires that you do a blood work up, meet with her assistant, have a heart ultrasound on two different dates. Don't waste your time waiting for months to get an appointment with Dr. Brzezinski. I waited for four months for an appointment. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early, as I was told. I was given the paperwork to fill out, gave my ID and insurance card to be called up 10 minutes later and told I was late and needed to reschedule. WHAT??!!! Played them the message they left me to no avail. Took 1.5 hours off work, waited four months, sick, hoping for answers. I was beyond let down!

New to the area, I chose Dr. B. based on reviews. For yearly wellness exam, I filled out paperwork and was interviewed ~10 mins. by a nurse. I was ushered to an individual sitting behind a computer who made, or suggested appts., for labs and tests, and set an appt. to see a doctor 3 months later. An appt. was made for an EKG (why I would need one?) out of network. I received a bill from Dr. B. for $260, denied by my insurance because it was coded "new patient". Billing shenanigans to >>>> $$$.

I've been seeing Dr. Brzezinski for several years and she's the best doctor I've ever had. In some ways she's even saved my life. I adore her! I've had debilitating incontinence which Limited my normal activities and led to a degree of depression because of it. I had my first DIVA vaginal laser therapy session and it is life-changing!! My incontinence has improved tremendously and my vagina is much tighter after only one session. I have two more to go. I LOVE IT. DO IT. Thank you Dr.B! xo

I would have liked to have seen Dr. Brzenski, but the process of getting call backs and answers to questions was so frustrating, I can't imagine it being any better once I was a patient.

I can't judge the quality of the doctor, since no one ever responded to my multiple calls to try to set up an appointment. I consider this extremely rude and unprofessional.

I cannot rate Dr. B as I didn't get to see her in person. I called to make an appt with her as a new patient in Nov 2016. The first available appt with her NP (you have to see NP before you see the DOCTOR!) was in the middle of Jan 2017. Following Jan appt I would only see Dr. B in May. In the meantime I was supposed to get 3 UT tests and expensive blood work, but I couldn't get a correct prescription for my blood pressure medication unless I came back again to see NP. I cancelled everything.

I have attempted to reach the offices of Dr. Brezinski, left messages, my husband left messages...no one has ever BOTHERED to return our calls. There is only an answering machine, which directs new patients to press a particular choice. I assume that Dr. Brezinski is un-interested in new clients - but it would be PROFESSIONAL to either state that on the recording, or have a human return calls and explain. BAD FORM.
