My parents are very sick with covid. They reached out to her hoping to get some help or treatment. Dr Bonaccorsi provided neither. She basically told them if they get to a point that they can’t breathe they should go to the hospital. She didn’t have any other advice. She is a failure to the people who need her. She should be ashamed. There is no help or treatment for sick people in Reading Pa.

Dr. Bonaccorsi is an excellent doctor and I have been seeing her since I was a child. Her practice however has taken a terrible turn. I just got off the phone with a staff member and was left feeling AWFUL. I called to ask for a prescription refill and was made to feel guilty for making this staff member DO HER JOB. She made me feel at fault for her calling this prescription into the incorrect pharmacy. My last appt I waited 1hr 15 mins. to be seen. After 30 years with this practice I am done.

Truly the BEST doctor and entire practice possible. Have been a patient for almost 30 years- Partners Rauhenzahn and Muvdi excel as well. Wish I could move them to Florida!
