Excellent Dr
I’ve been seeing the doctor on and off since I’m 14 years old. I’m 54. She takes great care with me. And I love that her dog comes in. So comforting.

Disappointed
Pros: Close to my work office. Staff friendly. Cons: Purpose of the appointment is resolve rash on skin and hair density. She never asked when I noticed the rash or review current medications or creams. She provided me two possible diagnoses and asked me to come back in 2 wks. So my beautician stated that my hair is a little thinning in one section and rec. that I see a dermatologist. When she looked at my hair she told me that I had both sides of my hair is thinning and it was due to me wearing braids as a child and that I should not wears braids or hot curl my hair. So 30 yrs after wearing braids as a child now I have thin hair. Also I don't think that she even realized that my hair is shaved on both sides. I think she thought my hair broke off. She also told me not to use any heating products in my hair. I use heat on my hair maybe 3 times a week. She never asked me any questions, she only made assumptions. Her dog was in the exam room, she never asked if I was comfortable.

For the first time, at age 27, I developed a severe case of acne - much to my horror! Dr. Diana was so compassionate and knowledgeable, and, I found my acne disappear within months! She has kept my face clear and beautiful since 1981; So much so, that I even receive compliments! Dr. Diana researches to create her unique products of which I am a beneficiary of 40 years. I am grateful, both to have her medical expertise, but also, to have her as a confidant.

Deceptive
I was originally very happy. I didn’t mind her demeanor and I was happy with the results. But after paying for each visit I received a bill for over $400. Before my last visit the office staff asked if I wanted to pay off my balance of $444, to which I was shocked due to the fact I was under the impression that I had been paying for each visit. Evidently this is a common practice this office does, many reviewers expressed a similar experience. They lure you in with multiple visits and charge you standard fees. Seems intentional and is definitely Deceitful.

Absolutely do not go here
Besides getting a bill in the mail 3 months after an appointment where they told me upfront I was only paying a certain cost, the overall experience there is awful. I went in saw the doctor for two seconds where she gave a one word diagnoses after two seconds and then left the room. I went back a second time to get a treatment and again the most silent rude doctor I’ve ever met in my life. Got medications with no explanation, I had to ask the nurses about them and ask them questions.

Very rude front staff (loud/talking about personal things), very rude dr. Had a dog walking around (I’m allergic and can imagine other people who visit a dermatologist are as well). Won’t be going back!

Very rude staff, and the doctor is no better, never heard such bad language and gotten bad attitude for no reason from office professional, they just seemed like they didn't like their jobs or each other and what is with this sick looking a scroungy little dog doing in a doctor's office? I would not recommend!!

No Stars! I went to her because I felt a lump near my ear. No one was in the waiting room so there was no rush. Well she insisted that she didn't feel anything but a pimple. She burned it (on my face). She looked annoyed. I went to NY to a specialist and he found a tumor. Don't go to this doctor.

Very competent dermatologist. Poor bedside manor. Cold. Her staff changes quickly and no doubt judging by her demeanor. Was sent a bill well after a year after treatment. After I was told I was covered by my insurance. Had to wait for an appointment and was turned away day of appointment unless I paid over $1000 for my wife and self. Something fishy going on in her office. Beware!

I have never been so turned off by a doctor. As a healthcare professional myself I was disgusted. The appointment felt rushed and I left almost feeling violated in that she pushed medication after medication. And did not ask for my opinion on anything such as you’re going to buy this shampoo from me. And the icing on the cake was her entering room afterwards while I was getting dressed after I had said wait a moment. She stood there talking to me with the door open as I stood in my underwear!

Diane Trusky needs to learn some bedside manner!! She walks into the room, doesn’t even introduce herself, spent a total of about 3 mins with me and kept cutting me off when I would try to ask her questions. She prescribed me with two different products, didn’t explain them at all and then got up said see ya in two weeks and walked out. I thought yeah right! I’m never coming back here!! I’m a nurse and I work with a lot of doctors and she by far is the worst one I’ve ever met!

Had a visit as a new patient and will never go back. She is the worst. Doesn't care about patients only your money. She needs to retire too old to practice, not up on lasted treatments or meds. Staff rude as well.... Too many better doctors out there that keep up with current treatments and not try to sell you over priced products that don't work.... Have warned others about this office.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I shared specific concerns and she disregarded what I had to say. She had a "I'm the expert and you know nothing" attitude. She cultured part of my skin that was not the problem area and I was misdiagnosed. She took a single needle and stuck it into various parts of my skin which caused the infection I had to spread. I was not treated for the infection that I had and because she used a single needle to stick me in multiple areas, I have scarring all over my chest.

Keyport- I was a new patient here 5 days ago, I had a terrible experience_the doctor was curt, disinterested, and did not examine me or address my concerns. I did leave a full review in this same space, but as yet I have not seen it. Today I returned to bring back the two skin care products that she sold me costing $72.97 as they were terrible for me. I asked for a refund and was refused, then they indicated a sign that I was not shown before that listed this terrible policy. Do NOT use this dr!

1. She lets her DOG walk freely around the office! 2. She did a biopsy on my face while skin hung off her face after an early-morning chemical peel. 3. Two years ago, mysterious sores appeared all over my back. She said, "Now WHY does this bother you?!?" and did virtually nothing to help. 4. During an appointment once, I asked her to check two moles instead of one. She couldn't, she said, because she had to go to a seminar later that day. 5. The picture shown is old. She's 70++.
