She doesn’t take time with concerns schedule is always booked can’t fit you in if you are running late

Front desk did not even look at me when I checked in. I handed my cards after signing in , she still didn't look at me. Told me to fill out paperwork even though I said I emailed them before hand. Took it back and when I brought it back and said I emailed these already. Still did not look at me, just said dr will see you in a few. Seemed very annoyed and was on her cell phone the whole time. MA was really sweet. Dr rushed the appointment. Told me I might have endometriosis but didn't offer to discuss it further, just said if I don't get pregnant after 6 months of trying we'll look into it. Told me she didn't believe in using lubricant on the speculum, so she stuck it under the faucet to get it wet. Didn't cover her legs during my exam, so some of 'me' got on her. She laughed it off and wiped it with a sani-wipe. That embarrassed me. Didn't offer a blood panel to check levels are normal. The whole thing felt rushed and not professional. I've never felt more uncared for as a patient.

Dr. Luts was my obgyn through my first pregnancy. She was super fun, personable and she always took her time to explain every single thing I asked. She drove in the middle of the night to deliver the baby when the baby decided to make a surprise appearance. I will go back to her if I have another kid.

Appt. with Dr. Lutz for second opinion....exam rushed,conversation rushed,call to office for more info and no call back. Biopsy taken and was told will call in 2 days, no Call back. Call to office to cancel F/U appt.,( since it has been 7 days later and no call from office) and would not be returning,because no results were called to me. Spoke with a nurse assistant and relayed message why I was calling again.She seemed lackadaisical and was going to hang up,I again asked for biopsy results and was finally told results. It pains me to give a bad review,but healthcare has changed so much,attitudes towards patients, noncommunication,lack of employees,or like of care.....is very real

Dr. Luts delivered my first child. I had several questions throughout the pregnancy and not once did she ever rush me or make me feel dumb. Being pregnant and giving birth during a global pandemic would have been much more frightening for me, but Dr. Luts was there for us and made everything clear and put me more at ease.
