Dr. Diana Kantor, MD

It's is impossible to contact this doctor. Nobody picks up the phone aside from the messaging services. And after you leave a message,, nobody calls back from the doctor's office. My 97 year old father got sick and needed an audio appointment. That was set up for 1 PM. After nobody called until 3pm, I left a frustrated message, just to get a call telling me that Dr. Kantor does not do phone calls. So, they basically left a 97 year old man without any advice, treatment or medication. If you care about your close ones, don't even think about going to see this doctor.

Scheduled an appointment with the Doctor using a website because my blood pressure was alarmingly high. I immediately received 2 confirmation texts. I then received a confirmation call from the Doctors office, where I gave my insurance information and was told to call my insurance company to change this doctor to my primary doctor today. I was then called back at the close of business and told this doctor has to cancel my appointment because they are not taking new patients and the time that I booked is already taken. This is after speaking with someone in her office who confirmed the appointment. They told me the next possible time I could see this doctor is a month from now. It is now too late to schedule another appointment for tomorrow. I urgently need to get back on my blood pressure medication, and I am scared that I will now have to go to ER sometime before I can see a Dr.

She is not listening to a patient when you talk about what is bothering you. I cant not understand why you have to wait more than half hour when complete visit time is not even 5 min.I can not believe that I was telling her to run some test on me because I was not feeling well. Not sure maybe the insurances do not want to pay and maybe they telling their union doctors not to run many tests on patients. I am so busy working mom too, short I am disappointed with her and I will change doctor.
