Great doctor.

Dr. Hess was very professional, very informative. I felt like she definitely took her time explaining to me like my diagnosis and was very intentive, very respectful, and very knowledgeable. And she truly understood the things I went to the doctor for and I really appreciate her professionalism and also her professionalism and also the information that she gave me as well for my diagnosis. And then she also sent my medication to the pharmacy right away so that was very much appreciated. Very good experience.

When I went to make a follow up appointment, I was frustrated to hear that Dr Hess would no longer be with UCI health moving forward. I'm not sure why new patients are allowed to make an appointment with a doctor that was known to be leaving. I made my appointment with a different primary care doctor, but now I have to go through my medical history/everything again. If I knew Dr Hess would no longer be at UCI after this summer I would have never made an appointment as I felt it was a waste of time since I am trying to establish a primary care doctor for long term care.

The Lab Tech was wonderful! I think her name was {staff name removed}.

Dr. Hess was the first doctor to really discuss my overall health and not lecture me about how I need to lose weight. She discussed a plan looking at my overall health including a plan for weight loss. She is amazing.

Appointments are too specialized. A physical should also include well woman and not require another appointment

Front staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful, provided door opening considering I walked with a cane, very appreciative. Dr. Hess was kind, actively listened to everything I said, and was attentive to my needs for a primary care physician.

Great staff and doctor Hess was very informative. I was sad bc the virus is still wreaking havoc in my body. I will continue to follow up with other specialists

Great professional service

I do appreciate the reminders for the upcoming appointment's. It's too many days leading up to the appt. Everyday, a 3 to 4 time reminder are too much. A day or two before the appt. is enough.

Was surprised Dr for 1st time visit didn't even check out lungs, look in ears, throat, etc. especially since I was on antibiotic for cold, no physical exam, just discussed health concerns.
