Dr. Graves is very thorough and up to date. She listens and willingly answers questions. Her office is clean and my appointments are on time. A friend recommended her to me, and I have been very happy. I have recommended her many times to family and friends looking for a great physician.

Hands down the best doc I've ever been to! She was recommended to me by multiple people who work in the local health industry here and I cannot be happier that I listened to them! Her office staff always remember me and she is always so nice and pleasant, taking the time to explain things to me so I'll understand exactly what's going on. I recommend her to everyone I know. LOVE her and I won't go to anyone else!

Dr. Graves is absolutely the best doctor I've ever had. She takes her time with you, addresses your issues and always remembers everything about your history. Id' highly recommend her to anyone!

We LOVE Dr Graves! She was recommended to us by two different friends, so I took my mother to her. My poor mom was suffering from dementia, and Dr. Graves and staff were very gentle and understanding as they helped us find the correct diagnosis for her. Today my mom is getting top care thanks to Dr. Graves. Since that time my husband and I also started going to Dr. Graves. It would be impossible to find a more caring, kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor. Can't recommend enough!

Dr. Graves is an AWESOME physician! She cares so much about each and every one of her patients and will spend whatever time is needed to diagnosis and treat her patients appropriately. She is absolutely dedicated to the good health of her patients, and is extremely knowledgeable! She was my mother's doctor, is my niece's doctor, and is MY doctor! I trust her wholeheartedly with mine and my family's care! I recommend Dr. Graves without any reservations whatsoever!

I've always hated doctors, but Dr. Graves is different. She really cares about her patients. She was able to figure out what was wrong with me when the other docs missed it. She does sometimes run late, but I know that whenever she gets in the room with me I never feel like she is rushing me along, she takes her time with everyone. If I don't want her to rush with me, then I can't expect her to rush her other patients either. THE ONLY DOCTOR I WILL EVER GO TO! I'd give her 10 stars if I could

I have been with her for years but have been having alot of problems with her nurse. Very rude and has sent me someone elses paperwork several time. Nurse evens speaks bad of doctor. Doctor never on time. Front office girl very nice and efficient but not enough to make me stay. I am looking to go elsewhere.

The doctor never performed any lung tests on my mother who had COPD didn't believe my mother needed her breathing meds and never sent her to a specialist for another medical problem. The doctor didn't listen the lack of listening and really thinking the patient my mother with a serious lung disease which with proper CT scans the lung disease that went from COPD to stage four small cell lung cancer. under this doctor care we could have maybe caught the cancer early. so she is not a good doctor

Dr. Graves & her staff genuinely care about the patients. I see Dr. Graves each time I go in, and she remembers me and asks about my family. She takes extra time to really go over my issues, she is not one of those doctors who rushes me in & out without listening. I have called several times in the past year with emergencies, & she has been great; either working me in to be seen that day, or prescribing something for me immediately. I have even called after hours & she calls me back personally.

Difficult to get an appointment, nurse rude and fails to listen, lab test request forms messed up over and over and not accepted by Medicare, billing issues. Dr seemed nice enough but never felt she was interested in me as a patient.

From an possibly incompetent Nurse who has no people skills, to billing issues because they can't bill insurance correctly, to a doctor who doesn't seem to care about health issues or worries, there isn't much to say good about this office. I feel sorry for the elderly patients who go here and are easily taken in by these folks.
