Does not listen to the patient. Insisted on referring me for expensive and unnecessary testing before she would consider a trial of a simple medication. Cost of testing was not made clear to me. Testing center did a terrible job and returned inconclusive results. She ended up trying to put me on a medication that was clearly a bad fit for me. Wasted about $900 and several months of my time. Avoid!

I've been receiving therapy from Dr. Mulligan for years now. She's helped me grow, challenged and confronted me with kindness and firmness. Not just jumped to throw meds at me or make me feel like in the sick patient role. Would highly recommend her for anyone willing to do serious work rather than a quick fix.

I frequently had long wait times only to then have shortened sessions. I found Dr. Mulligan to be very unprofessional, often talking over me and/or making slightly rude comments. It did not seem like she spent adequate time with me as a patient before prescribing medication causing me to have diminished trust in her. Scheduling was an absolute nightmare.
