Dr. GUPTA, was very kind, considerate and was very informative and thought she went the extra mile in trying to sort out my problems. I would highly recommend her and her wonderful sweet staff. I was especially fond of Henna I dubbed her Arkansas. I would like to say thank you for all you are trying to do for me ! YOUR patient

This has been my neurologist for several years but I have not been able to contact this office in over 7 months. I leave messages and no one returns calls. Have been using my PCP to refill my meds.

I was referred to Dr. Gupta by my PCP. I'm pleased with her treatment plan and she seems to care about my well-being.

Office Staff and Dr Gupta are horrible!!
I had an appointment scheduled for Sept 22nd at 10 am. I even got a reminder about the appointment. I show up for the Appt and no one was there. The lights were out and the door was locked. I tried to call the number and received an answering machine. This is the 2nd time this has occurred. The staff did call the next day but was more concerned about my review instead of apologizing for not reaching out and re-scheduling. Overall, the office is very dirty in a very old office building. You always wait about 45 minutes before you see her. Dr Gupta is very arrogant and never listens to her patients. Her staff is horrible and has trouble at the simplest of tasks like calling in prescriptions and scheduling appointments correctly and getting insurance correctly settled. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this hot mess of an office.

Difficult to communicate with.
I have seen Dr Gupta for three visits and have not obtained any helpful diagnostic information. Dr. strictly controls appointment time and seems reluctant to allow questions that may take additional time. I felt like I was dismissed. She seemed unaware of documentation I sent to her so that we might have a meaningful visit. Each visit requires additional appointments just to try to get answers. I am ready to give up.

Migraine
The front staff was okay. My PCP referred me to her for my migraines and she straight up gave me medicine used for bipolar patients. I never went back. Do not recommend her!!!

Talks down to you and treats you like a misbehaving child if she doesn't like the way you answer her questions. Never even asked me if I had any questions. She prescribed something for me I have no idea what it's for and the side effects are everything I really don't need! Big zero from me!

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for over 4 years for several neurological issues. She is thorough and professional. She also asks many questions and does exams carefully. I like how she she is encouraging and seems to care. I can depend on Dr. Gupta. I am taking one star off because Dr. Gupta sometimes expresses frustration with the medical care system and seems professionally discouraged.

I've been extremely happy with Dr. Gupta. She ordered tests, and spent a lot of time with me explaining the results. She's been instrumental in getting me back to a healthy state.

Dr. Gupta is extremely caring and wants what's best for her patients. In an age where doctors are focused on maximizing? the number of patients they see, it's refreshing to see doctors like this one take the time out and really care for her patients.

This woman is uncarring. She ordered tests then she totally ignorred the results and instead told us "what she thought". She advised me off medications I had taken for years and the result was a disaster. After seeing a proper physicain, I am back on the medications. Through all of this, Dr Gupta demonstrates an un-emphathetic atmosphere and listens only to herself ... not o her patient. Being in her care is like being spoken to by Heimrich HImmler. I would advise finding another doc.

does not really listen or address the problem. Left me without any migraine meds b/c she kept "forgetting" to prescribe more ~ then told me to not take Excedrin Migraine either. Prescribed 50 mg. nortriptylin at night & told me to cut open the capsule and take some out to lower the dosage a little (the powder inside made me nauseous & ended up in ER). Not smart enough to prescribe a 25 mg. + 10 mg. or 3 10 mg. capsules instead of cutting up a larger tablet. WON'T RETURN CALLS

I've seen Dr Gupta for about 7 years now. She always asks questions about my life in its entirety to get a good sense of how things are going overall. She listens and has been patient with me when she recommended changing medications but I wasn't comfortable enough with the switch yet.
