I was so sad to hear that Dr. Thomas left this group. She really cared about her patients. I'm even considering going down the hill to her new practice.

Dr. Deslin Thomas seemed professional at first until my second visit. I quickly noticed her cold demeanor, as she laughed and ignored health concerns I brought to her attention. She was extremely ARROGANT. I have NEVER SEEN OR MET SUCH A UNCARING DOCTOR AS HER! Someone needs to teach her some manners and how to treat others. Her staff named (KATHY) is just as bad. Very unpleasant and rude! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE IF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO BE RESPECTFUL! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Dr Thomas is a nice lady but as a doctor she is very by the book. She doesn't seem to believe that all people are different and not all treatments work the same for everyone. Sometimes a patient needs a different approach. She does not listen to her patients and try to figure out what is really wrong with them just gives a textbook answer.

Dr Thomas & staff called my a lier. They took over 2 months after going in because I knew something was wrong to refer to specialist to fine out I had cancer. They acted like they didn't care about if I lived or died.
