Dr. Derrick Williams, MD

Each year, I have my physical with Dr Williams. Always through and to the point. Addresses anything that is questionable, and follows up promptly. The occasional contraction of a seasonal illness is met with a quick work in appointment and appropriate care. Fantastic bedside manner and very knowledgeable. I always recommend him when I know that someone is looking for a new Family Physician!

Dr Williams is awesome! Appointments are always on time with no waiting. He has very good bedside manners. He listens to all of my problems and is very understanding. He is very thorough and takes a course of action to help me through whatever problems I am having and checks back with me to see how things are working out. He is very easy to talk to and his nurses and the lab area are great too. Love love Dr Williams!

Filled out new patient application by phone. The nurse was very courteous in taking my information. Waited not quite a week for return call only to be told that Dr. Williams would not accept me as a new patient. They would not tell me why, nor was I allowed to speak with Dr. Williams directly. Greatly disappointed especially as their site says they are a group of compassionate Doctors. Support staff was very kind. I don't know if this is common practice maybe, but disappointing.

Dr Williams is a good Dr. He prescribed a MRI for me that needed to be precertified and my insurance refused it (or so I think) I’m not sure because the insurance told me one thing and Dr Williams staff told me something else. Well needless to say there was a disagreement between his staff and myself which ended in a cancellation of me as a patient after I had been with him for years. I recieved a letter stating I was rude but they were rude to me when I requested a new precert

Dr. Williams is a good doctor if you are healthy & only need a physical once year. He will refer you to a specialist for any ailment you have and not treat you himself. If you are in the ER and referred back to your family doctor, you will wait weeks to see him he just assumes the ER doctors diagnosis is correct. My husband thought he was having a heart attack and the ER said panic attack, so he stuck with that diagnosis and come to find out my husbands BP was running 170/90 at REST, very bad.

Dr. Williams is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend him to anyone. After 3 visits I changed doctors and found out what was causing me to be sick. I got the impression that he is very fond of himself. He gets a big 0 from me!
