Dr. Haung is rude, unprofessional and unprepared. It is difficult to schedule an appointment, and when I finally get to see him it's as if he hasn't even looked at the tests he ordered. He also openly questioned the medicines he, himself had prescribed and did not take my condition seriously. The medical assistant is unorganized and unfriendly. Luckily I was referred to a different neurologist and I will never look back!

Dr. Huang's front office is beyond even what I would call friendly, they are HOSTILE! They act as if you are ruining their day by showing up and signing in. I feel that they have been trained to not smile. There isn't an air of compassion or human kindness on the day my husband was diagnosed with MS, there was a continual newsfeed on a big screen t.v. that Annette Funicello had died from MS.

My two visits with Dr. Huang were very unsatisfying. I have serious neurological damage and as I explained my symptoms Dr. Huang didn't seem to pay much attention. We did an MRI and it came back that I had some bleeding in my brain and also a lesion. Dr. Huang was very non nonchalant and brushed this aside. I had to press him for 20 minutes to get him to admit this was a serious condition. ALL he seemed to want to do was run more tests. I am scared and all he wants to is run more tests. :(

Dr. Huang has been my neurologist for more than fifteen years. When I had a stroke in 2010, his compassion and help exceeded the other doctors. He explained so that I understood. Recently I had a brain injury and visited him again. He has not changed; he explains and helps. I trust him.

I work in the medical field and see him for various reasons. I have a rare genetic condition and out of all the doctors I have seen Dr. Huang has always taken his time to listen to me. If I think something may be due to medication, I am taking he will discuss why it is related or how it could not be related to the drug. Due to my profession, I come in counter with my physicians and can honestly say I fell I am in safe hands.

I'm very picky about what physicians I see. I do a lot of research, I talk to other doctors and medical professionals, I talk to office staff and patients etc... Dr. Huang is a very solid Neurologist with good patient skills, and a deep medical background. I had an odd assortment of medical issues and I had just returned from a visit to Africa. Dr. Huang was willing to talk through my various symptoms, and was willing to talk specifics on the cost of tests vs their importance.

I was transferred to Dr. Huang after Dr. Ansari left. He asks questions, but doesn't listen to the answer or disagrees with the answer (for instance, he asked me about side effects and then told me that what I reported couldn't be related to the medication I was taking). He argued with me about what specific procedure had been done at my previous appointment although I remember it clearly. I am currently looking for a new neurologist because of him. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
